I would hope they did a survey, to make 100% sure they're staying on their property. Sometimes fence lines can be off one way or the other. And the real truth of the matter is, what they do on their property is their business just as what you do on your property Is your business. Wouldn't worry too much about it.
In the UK you can get a rather hefty fine for cutting down a tree on your own property, especially if it has a preservation order on it, which many do. It does seem like environmental vandalism to just bulldoze that many trees, but, as you imply, they are their trees so ...
And yet, tomorrow they could sell a tract and you could have a subdivision up against your line. Maybe not likely but seen weirder things happen before.
Put up Posted/Private Property/No Trespassing signs every 20 to 30 feet along your property line, note where your sign are, how many signs you have, and have a current survey.- if possible. People came and developed property next to a family member, got a survey of the property that backed up said family member and took about 10-15' of their property in places. Nice sunset

I don't know how many meters between your property and what ever road they are making it varies by State and City but in Bathgate Dr. in West Hill, is about 20 meters or 66 feet you'll have to check City and State.
OMG that's not the point of the video. OMG the point of the video is that they were shocked to see the clear, and the length/width/sheer scale of the clear. And they're worried about the stream and water source on their property that this cut may have interrupted. OMG it's so hard to comprehend things. OMG!
😂 oh my gosh the neighbors cleared their property clear up to our fence line, how dare they. If they didn't touch the fence line it's none of your damn business and worry about your own place.
It really is none of your business what they are doing on their land. Just make sure they have not damaged your property and be very nice. Even if you have some damage be nice. This is a key point in time for your land. Maybe Y'all can gain a new friend or two.
"I hate it when people come and disturb nature". Meanwhile, there's a stand in the tree so they can "disturb nature" from a stealth position. I suspect there's a bit of disturbance when the .303 goes off.
Probably high fence game enclosure coming, you'll see native deer hitting the new fence trying to get thru to the natural runs. It's sad to see a group of deer standing at a fence till they're skin and bones and scratched up from the high fence
Plant rows of Agave plants.. along your perimeter, and few rows deep. They make a painfully good natural barrier 😅 require little water, and are very sharp.
Not familiar with your drone, but can you program way-points into your drone so that it can fly to a set altitude and then "patrol" your property boundaries for security purposes?

They must provide certain services fire hydrant electrical and all weather roads. But it stinks when they build right up against your property. Wild berries are the best. As always stay safe, stay healthy and keep your powder dry 🤙🤙😎🤙🤙
Right now in my yard , I have a large mulberry tree full of mulberries. They are full of vitamin C. They are starting to ripen. This is the end of April. For trespassers put up no trespassing signs, posted signs.
The squirrels love my mulberries.
That was a fast sunset. Absolutely loved going along with you. Enjoyed seeing your property, sure hope that is a fire break. Love your videos. ❤❤❤
I would definitely put up game cams to keep an eye out there. Yes, Jeremy brush cut it, please! I can't wait foe our trees to have there leaves again. Here in Central Wisconsin they are budding but it's to early. Stay safe 💙
You had better go down through there and put up no trespassing signs, that way, if you do have trespassers, you can hold them liable!! Without them signs at least in OHIO, YOU haven’t the right to sue them if need be, because these people don’t know if their trespassing or not !!
If you cross a fence, and you know it's not your fence, you know you're trespassing!
@@ericpl7227 no kidding, they didn’t see the fence line when they were making the path,it was more then likely covered by brush !!
@user-jl8yy5ir7s in OHIO YOU DO, OR BOUNDARY MARKERS !!
Wow just like the clearings and roads on your property..
Firebreak, I hate trespassers, most city people think that just because they have an ATV they can go anywhere as long as it’s not row cropped
Most country folk think that just because they have an ATV they can go anywhere as long as it's not row cropped.
This will be interesting to follow up on. Thanks for sharing ❤
3 DEER. Go find those deers. Blackberries blueberries Wild blackberries. Peter Pan Superman. What is a peter pan superman? Fire Break. It would be fantastic if it is. Jeremy Brush Cut It. Nice property. ❤❤❤❤ Y'all.
Put cameras up maybe you can identify trucks
Did y’all figure out what’s going on? Patiently waiting for part two!
Absolutely gorgeous sunset!!! Ahhhh precious couple time!!!! Loooove u guys!!!!!
Wild Blackberries lol Im a big fan !!! Lots of Canadian Love Coming Your Way!!! ❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️
They are probably just cleaning their fence lines which also make great fire breaks…that’s a good thing not a threat.😂
In Australia that is called a fire break between your properties. The council will check that the fence lines all have cleared fence lines. You get big fines.
Fire break is what I was thinking! 🙏
Fire can jump a highway. It can jump that dirt road
A lot of so called fire breaks are more to give firefighters faster easer access to fire prone areas. @@bobjohnston5527
@bobjohnston5527 it's a way to slow it down and I've seen them stop a big fire before . I watched the forestry service contain a fire with nothing but a bulldozer on a part of our hunting lease many years ago it burned about 20 acres vs the thousands it could have.
All property records are public records. Go to the court house and find out. It's your right - especially since it adjoins your property.
I hope y'all are safe this weekend with all the tornadoes in the area. Sorry to see that you are being encroached upon with your property - even if it's on the other side of the fence, you moved there to be out in the country without people looking in your windows! Keep safe Chrissy & Jeremy!
beautiful piece of land green with envy
Awesome sunset Thanks., Stay Blessed 😇🙏🙏🙏.
Watched to the end!! Bummer with what's happening next to your property. I hope it works out ok for you guys!! 🤗❤️👍🙋🏻♀️
3 deer to jeremy brushcut . People getting to close . Some people do think they can do whatever the want . An LLC , Jemremy , good luck find out any thing . Seeya
wow that black berry area was so great.
Thanks for the ride, love nature.😘
I would hope they did a survey, to make 100% sure they're staying on their property. Sometimes fence lines can be off one way or the other. And the real truth of the matter is, what they do on their property is their business just as what you do on your property Is your business. Wouldn't worry too much about it.
I mean I don’t know why people think they can just bulldoze and cut down trees on their own property. What makes them think they can do that? 😂😂😂
I didn’t say that… I think it would be great to meet them, and if it’s a fire break, thank them.
Boom! Truth
In the UK you can get a rather hefty fine for cutting down a tree on your own property, especially if it has a preservation order on it, which many do. It does seem like environmental vandalism to just bulldoze that many trees, but, as you imply, they are their trees so ...
@@I_Don_t_want_a_handle another reason why we fought a revolutionary war, so people could mind there own business. Even a king!
@@I_Don_t_want_a_handlewe have a LOT more trees than England has! A lot more freedom too!
I own 17 acres, and I'm surrounded by canola fields for days. Closest neighbors are 3kms away
I hope you realise how lucky you are!
And yet, tomorrow they could sell a tract and you could have a subdivision up against your line. Maybe not likely but seen weirder things happen before.
You’re an Aussie?

@markpashia7067 it's all farmland around me,, not many people live out in my rural area. The closest town is 50 kms away.
Wowzee guys I could still hear thru out your video!! Just absolutely gorgeous land u guys have!!!!
Fire break❤
I do this as a fire break on my property. Helps a lot with bush fires.
Keep your property free..tis yours !😊❤😊
Put up Posted/Private Property/No Trespassing signs every 20 to 30 feet along your property line, note where your sign are, how many signs you have, and have a current survey.- if possible. People came and developed property next to a family member, got a survey of the property that backed up said family member and took about 10-15' of their property in places. Nice sunset
Thank you for sharing ❤
That perennial creek cannot be blocked….keep an eye out for unauthorized water rerouting.
Just simply luvin yous..your channel !!😊❤😊
The state im in if there putting a housing development in the property has to be platted and all property owners have to be notified of it so they can have attended the public meetting on the development at that meeting you should have time to voice your concerns.
What a person does on their own land is not your business. Until it officially is in your lands, mind your own.
I don't know how many meters between your property and what ever road they are making it varies by State and City but in Bathgate Dr. in West Hill, is about 20 meters or 66 feet you'll have to check City and State.
We grow old and die' try to enjoy life..
3 DEER, WILD BLACKBERRIES, PETER PAN SUPREMAN, FIRE BREAK, JEREMY BRUSH CUT IT! I'm new, what ate the comments for?
Beautiful sunset.
Omg the neighbors are using their property.
OMG that's not the point of the video. OMG the point of the video is that they were shocked to see the clear, and the length/width/sheer scale of the clear. And they're worried about what the clear may portend. And they're worried about their wildlife. And they're worried about the stream and water source on their property that this cut may have interrupted. OMG it's so hard to comprehend things. OMG!
@@Objectified What is a clear?

That cleared land, next to your wood/fence line will likely improve your deer hunting.
Blackberry jam and blackberry cobbler, yum yum
Blackberry pie…. Yum!!!Yum!!!

Blackberries on pancakes.
3 deer +2 fabulous ranchers 😂-Wild Blackberries - Peter pan superman - Fire break and Jeremy Brushcut it.Maybe they are going to put up a fence.
easiest way to pick blackberrys is to back a trailer into the bushes and pick all you can reach, then move the trailer.
Looks like fenceline clearing for a firebreak. Pretty standard where I’m at.
“I can get through anything” 😂
Are you zone agg? If so put a hog pen on the line.
If its being developed. The developer will probably offer you enough to move to get the hogs gone.
Fire break, so sorry, there goes your privacy😮
Very nice sunset, y'all should see some of our Alaska sunsets. Of course you have to be willing to stay up late. 😂🙏🏻🙏🏻
😂 oh my gosh the neighbors cleared their property clear up to our fence line, how dare they. If they didn't touch the fence line it's none of your damn business and worry about your own place.
Made me wonder if you lived near Keep It Dutch. He found bulldozed path and signs of fire on his property recently.
Now you know what other people said when you moved in ..😊
Full support tamsak always and bananas and a super big shoutout to this awesome host my new friends, hope to hear from you soon my friends...
I thought that was a firebreak. AND IF IT'S NOT YOUR PROPERTY THEN MIND YOUR BUSINESS.
3 Deer - Wild Blackberries - PeterPan Superman - Firebreak - Jeremy Brushcut it
Plant rows of Agave plants.. along your perimeter, and few rows deep. They make a painfully good natural barrier 😅 require little water, and are very sharp.
Sunset went real fast, I was thinking your video would be longer.lol have a great day
Not familiar with your drone, but can you program way-points into your drone so that it can fly to a set altitude and then "patrol" your property boundaries for security purposes?
that llc will put in construction roads around the property and subdivide it into lots .get ready for all kinds of trespassers. post it and hang game cameras all along the fence line.
Wild berries and I am sooo jealous as I LOVE 💕 blackberries.
You can check online plat maps to see if it gets divided up
Every landowner should have a drone to check out any potential problems on their land. Save you tons of time. And money.
What kind of drone do you use?
DJI Mavic 3
We have property we don’t live on full time south of you guys around Red Oak. We are starting to see the same thing around us unfortunately. It’s in the mountains and a really nice getaway spot.
2nd stop after creek should be a good place to lauch drone to see what's over the hill.
Juss a suggestion...❤
If thedrone is not over your own property, spying on others property is scummy, and in some jurisdictions, illegal. Great advice, nosey.
that didn't all happen in a afternoon, it took some time to dozer off that much area , BUT it's on the other side of the fence so not really much you can do about it..
Some people actually bulldoze along their property lines so mowing and maintenance is easier. That’s what we did on our acreage in VA. If you feel offended by these neighbors, you should have bought more land! This country is getting more crowded, get used to it. If you have less than 100 acres it isnt enough!
I picked the best blackberries at my grandparents cabin in Arkansas. Big as your thumb growing wild everywhere.
Use your phone's calendar app to make notes about what part of your land you inspected, what you found on the day you did it. Then take a screen shot of it as well.
Survey markers & post- survey razer wire installation is best.
Costly installation? Yes.
Just DO IT...!
Heck of a fire break!!
Fire break, and I know it's interesting, but I doubt if any one going to used it for suburbs.
