I was just thinking that.. it's like he works with healing all day and even did surgery on heavy with all those guts and what not.. but when he sees a decapitated arm that is slightly rotted he seems to have a weak stomach.
I guess the Story is that they thought Scout trolled Spy and Kicked him to the Blue team Spy feels bad and tries to help Scout get back to the Red Team
