In webtoon Sophia specified that Beta's experiment was done after Bam's experiment was completed. Basically they used the same data but this time tried to see how it's gonna work if it's a normal human turned into complete ignition weapon. Lero Ro is not an administrator, btw. There is kinda a mix in titles in many translations, but basically each floor has *Administrator* (or Guardian), which is the immortal fish-like being who makes contracts with all people in the tower to allow them use shinsu (and other stuff), they are original beings, much older than even Jahad. So far we know one of them was killed by Enryu, so that means there is gonna be one law-less floor. Then we have *Rulers* - these are high rankers, so far we only know of the name Evankheel as being the floor master of 2nd floor and it is expected that Jahad and some 10 Family leaders are gonna be Rulers of some floors. They are allowed by Administrator to manage their floor, getting full control over anything that happens on the floor, typically you cannot attack a Ruler on their floor even if you are normally stronger than them. Also it is normally prohibited for any normal rankers to interfere with regulars testing areas, and they would get heavy punishment by the Ruler (Yuri escaped this just because Evankheel was temporarily absent, otherwise there would be a high punishment, since on that floor Evankheel has higher position than a princess). Then we have a *Test Director* , which was Hansung (blond coffee guy). The guys allowed by Administrator and Ruler to conduct testing of regulars. They are kinda like managers. These could be advanced rankers or high-rankers. On 20th floor we can see Augusgus as another example. Then we have *Test Admin* - these are the rankers employed to help with actual regulars testing. They are usually just nicely capable rankers, but there isn't anything that much special about them. Of course they need to be strong enough to get employed. Here we have Lero Ro, Quant, Love, Yuga, and basically all the random ones who were teaching position classes on 2nd floor. Outside of these people, the rankers are not allowed to interfere with regulars in any way on testing grounds (the most middle part of the tower on each floor). To explain this better... Anaak Jahad is basically a fake princess and Jahad clan wants her dead, but they cannot do anything to her as long as she stays in testing areas (another reason why that assassin in 1st season took Yuga's identity to even get to that part of Tower). Bam is a dangerous being and a slayer candidate publicly trained to kill 10 families, yet again the rankers cannot do anything to him directly. Endorsi is on a team with Anaak and breaking rules, and again, they cannot do anything to her.

While they keep the part of "Viole isn't the one to blame here they make it sound like Beta was simply picking someone to lash out on. Meanwhile in the Manhwa, this line is more akin to "Your experiments started AFTER Viole's one was finished. That implies that Beta's hatred is just misplaced and not irrelevant Still good episode
Yihwa defeating the parasite is pretty symbolic. The entire time before this she was worried about hurting her teammates with her powers, but she still couldn't control them. However when she acts to protect them, without worrying about hurting them, she's able to finally do it. I like the differences between how Bam and Laure manipulate shinsu. Bam just sorta uses his overwhelming power and talent to blast enemies into submission, whereas with Laure it feels like he fundamentally understands how to manipulate shinsu, and thus tends to use it in more creative ways. Really, Bam is acting more like a Fisherman while Laure acts like a true Wave Controller Personally I prefer Bam's line towards Beta in the Webtoon. "You didn't hate me because you needed revenge, you just needed someone to hate."
Lero ro was only a "test" administrator, his job was to only supervise the tests. A real administrator was someone like the one that bam met during his wave controller class back in season 1 where he made a contract with in order for him to use shinsu, they are ones who makes the rules inside the tower and they can control and manipulate the shinsu of an entire floor. so yeah, even if you're op af the administrator can just cancel out your shinsu and you'd be pretty weak again.

Great as always! Fun fact, season 3 of the manga itself ended today!

GOOD EPISODE
Always thought Beta was a pretty weak antagonist. But in the end the actual final boss is Reflejo, and I hope the animation pops off for that fight
One of the animators from episode 1 said that they do work of the final fight so here's hope for it be at least as good as that episode
