- A microtonal guitar interpretation of some parts of Niño Ricardo’s Zambra. I added a Uşşak tetrachord which is a characteristic tetrachord in Turkish makam music.
Una interpretación microtonal en guitarra de algunas partes de Zambra del Niño Ricardo. Agregué un tetracordio Uşşak, que es un tetracordio característico de la música makam turca.

WOW
quite rare to listen to microtonal music that does not only not hurt your ears but is actually absolutely gorgeous
This is the Zambra that got me hooked on Nino Ricardo! Thanks for your incredible tribute
Clicked to listen to this thinking I'd be switching off after about 20 seconds....but no... this sounds wonderful and works so well..really beautiful..!!.👍👍
I saw you today at the bridge in Córdoba. Your music touched me right into my heart. Beautiful!
Wow, thank you!
It's so much nicer to see different instruments that are not a gimmick and played to their potential
microtonal guitar is not a gimmick
This is one of the best microtonal interpretations you've done.
Wow this one really got me. Thank you! You’re on such a unique and valuable mission for the language of music. Keep it up!
ke hermosa musica🙏🙏🙏
I've listened to this almost every day since you uploaded it.

Muy lindo.
Recuerdos de Viena, Scott
The playing is so inspiring. I was watching for fingering of the microtones and it seems that it would be possible to play this piece on a standard classical guitar. I am a drummer so I really don't know what to look, listen for.
Sevgiler
Bravo!!! Bravo!
Wonderful 👍👍👍👍
Kesinlikle daha yanık olmuş çarpmalara bayılıyorum
wow!
Beautiful!
Cool microtonal guitar. When does microtonal music start? So far I only see you press on "regular" frets
maravilloso👏👏
We need you to do a Niño Ricardo concert. :)
Bravo!
Fantastic!
Many thanks!
Nice.
Fantastic 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
beautiful ! :)
Thank you! 😊
50/50

i so like it
❤❤❤❤
👍
why the weird unregular pattern in the fretting? is it to adhere to a certain scale?
Microtonal guitars allow for movable frets, which is necessary to play some music that doesn’t adhere to western musics scales. Half flats, etc, are common in Turkish music, music from the Arabic peninsula, and lots more. :)
now i know why this sounds familiar, there are several figures that sound like Miserlou, and they might even share a key
Can you adjust the microtonal positions with this neck?
Sure
how much do these cost
