Civic typical exhaust leak location

This is a typical location to get an exhaust leak on a eighth GEN Honda Civic. This one is a 2007 lx.

Would it be dangerous in any way if i dont replace it as soon as possible?

Nope. You can run it like this just fine. It just won’t pass inspection.

how you get those rusted bolt off? could i use a cut off wheel?

Yea you can. In most cases they snap as soon as you put some torque on them with a socket wrench. But you could cut them as well. It doesn’t matter because you’re going to replace them.
