Good advice and great arms you have, thank you. I have a question if anybody can help..i find my elbows hurts so much when i do triceps should i go very light weight and more reps. Thanks.
Thats very common, especially if you do heavy dumbbells. Warm up your elbows before each tricep day with say 15-20 high reps (2x times) of a light tricep exercise weight. If it gets really painful try taking a supplement called glucosamine. It helps with joint repair.
