- With phase 2 of the plastering approaching fast. I only had a few days to get 2 rooms and the hallway finished.
As always I have been let down by others, adding to my ever growing list of jobs and frustration.

wow!!, you are really steaming ahead with this, super impressed with all the work you've put in. I have to travel down tomorrow to my wreck with a builder to look round while the survey is being done, so wish me luck 😟

@@FromLeedsToWest Yea, I'm still going for it regardless, just waiting for the survey results and will try to get a discount on the price to help with some of the extra costs.But if the seller won't budge will probably buy anyway.
It would be great to see some stats on how much you've saved by having to do some of these jobs yourself, in let down of the tradesman who should have done it
I wish I knew what people would charge for the different items but I don’t. I will do a how much spent. The budget has almost blown. 🫣
