- Make your Own Day #2 Shabby Chic Rosettes
Day #2 of my my your own series.. today it is Shabby Chic Rosettes
Using The Tim Holtz Rosette Die and some old shabby chic papers, I am making my own embelishments to use on future projects
Great video ... Thank you ... I had never thought of inking the edges when it's folded ... What a great idea!!!
Excellent tutorial! The best bit was the glue on the glass mat and placing the rosette on top.
Thanks so much for the tutorial, very detailed and easy to follow! And agreed, nice for speeding up the repetitive things. :) I also liked the comparison between different decorative touches, and especially, haven't seen that use of glass mat & just adding hotglue directly on it for easy rosette forming! Really nice to see shabby ones with distressed bits, too. Thanks again, subscribed.
I love making different rosettes. Tfs. Blessings and hugs.
Beautiful, and incredibly helpful. Thanks for the tutorial and tips!!
Rosettes are so much fun, love the variety you made.
Thank you so much for sharing your process! I love the idea of placing the hot glue directly on the glass. What a great idea! TFS ♡
Omg so gorgeous, thanks for sharing. Tomorrow I'll try mines.
Fantastic informative tutorial. Thank you for the speeded up bits too, it can be like pulling teeth when your watching a super long tutorial. I have subscribed too! Can wait to try these and explore your other tutorials. Thank you again xx
That's so clever using the glass mat.😮 I have one for my WRMK fuse tool. Will use it for this. Super cool. Thank you!!! 😍
You are most welcome :) its great for cooling the hot glue down quickly and saves you holding onto the rosette whilst it dries
Really enjoyed the different techniques used that made each unique.
They are all very pretty thanks for sharing
I just love these! I have the die, but haven't used it yet. I especially love your idea of putting hot glue on the glass mat, and then placing rosette on top!
Lovely!! So calming to watch you create them. hugs May
Nice job. Beautiful!

These are great I love them. What kind of projects would you use them for. ☺️
Gorgeous rosettes, loved watching you do them. Tfs Marina :))
Beautiful! love the tip with the glue gun on the glass...makes it a lot easier...going to try that. I have the die but think I need another plate to bring it up for the machine.

Great die! These turned out lovely. I ordered a Sizzix rosette die I'm waiting for it to arrive. I wanted to use them for decorating cards but I'm realizing that it's going to make my cards thick 👎
