Great stuff Craig, both the Benks Premium Laptop stand & the InnoView Portable Monitor caught my attention. Thanks for sharing these Mac accessories. Love the channel!
Thank you for this info, I got the innoview monitor and the wave link dual display adapter thingy you recommended in another video. Very easy to set up even for a boomer!!
I’ve used both of the Satechi keyboards you showed, and Satechi generally makes good stuff. I used and liked the Slim keyboard until, unfortunately, some keys stopped typing consistently, a problem which has turned up in some reviews. That drove me to the Logitech K380 for a while. But now I use the new Satechi SM1 you showed, and that’s been great so far. One reason I use the SM1 is that it has Home, Page Up, Page Down, and End keys as well as full size arrow keys in the inverted T arrangement, all on a compact keyboard.
I have not had any issues with the Satechi slim keyboard but I'm now using the SM1 quite a bit and loving that one also. I'll need to test out the K380.
Great video. For portable power bank with high power output, I recently got Shargeek 170. It’s good enough to charge power hungry MBP 16”. As for “lighter” portable power bank, I got Shargeek Icemag. It’s good enough for smartphone charging via MagSafe or USB C.
Great video, as always! One question: what nvme do you recommend me for the Sateci USB4 enclosure, for video editing on Mac? I have on my list 4 models: Samsung 990 Pro, Samsung 990 Evo, WD sn770 and WD sn850x. I’ve seen bad reviews about Samsung software and lifespan. I’ve also seen bad reviews about high temperatures on WD nvme ssd in general and poor performance because of thermal throttling. I'm a little confused and I don't know what to choose. I also wanted to ask if it has any influence on whether or not the nvme has DRAM when it is installed in an enclosure. I know that with DRAM it is better when it is mounted directly on the motherboard but on a Mac, in an enclosure through the USB4 does it have any importance? Thank you!
I really only tested the SN770 on that enclosure but maybe see what the notes on Amazon say with other people. I typically use Dram on my SSDs if I'm running an OS off of them and you can run MacOS off an external SSD if you wanted to. But other then that, if just for storage, I normally don't care too much and go with the best pricing/speed combo. All SSDs will have pro-cons and heat is an issue for all of them. But, the SN770 has been good for me but I'm only one person and can only give you my opinion.
My favorite of the bunch is that premium external monitor, it looks like a baby Apple Studio.
Yes, it's nice and a premium product for sure.
You're all over those accessories Craig! Thank you for posting.
Thanks, I have quite a few of them now so figured I would make a mac Accessory video.

Those are both nice. The Innoview is a budget option but for the money I think a good one for a basic external display.
Good one. Lots of interesting options. I am going to pick up the mouse for sure.
It's a nice mouse for money
Absolutely Great tips !!!!! Thanks so much.

Will they work on Intel Macs?
you need to review each products on Amazon to see what it's compatible with. Some will and some maybe not.
