You will need to get a couple of jack stands. Also, check to see if you have a factory jack in the trunk. That one will work for sure if you don't have a better one.
thanks for your quick response! I don’t! I bought the stand set and jack! Once everything arrives I’m giving it a go! Was on the highway yesterday and myself and 2 other vehicles hit a metal object and it pierced my pan and all the oil leaked spilled out😭
To let the sealer set up. It required 24 hours to fully cure before operating the engine. You could, in theory, wait a few hours and then add oil. IMO, I would recommend waiting the full time to cure before operating the vehicle to avoid leaks.
@josephalmaraz6320 it takes a bit of force as they are glued on. Once you get enough room to get a finger in between the pan and block, you just have to pull it down. I ended up bending my original pan, but I was replacing it anyway.

Thank you! I believe you're referring to the two 12mm 12-point socket. Not sure about 10.9?
What prompted you to change it? And before pictures?
These pans are prone to cracking near the drain plug causing a small leak. Ask me how I know lol

So…snapped the long bolt holding the A/C on to the bracket, can’t get that bracket loose now. Any ideas?
Ouch, you can try drilling a pilot hole and then use an extraction bit to drill it out or welding a nut onto where it broke off.
Are you using two car jacks? I have a Kia optima and will be replacing mine and am trying to find the proper jack!

I thought that you were supposed to put the rtv around each bolt. That is what J did per the instructions of the ultra black.

@@deuceliterI got it man the set i got was plastic but I went and got some metal ones and they got the job done! Great video boss helped a lot!
