I said it when I saw you do it the first time, but I will say it again. Method #4 is the best technique I have ever seen cleaning a flounder and I have never seen anybody do it like that . I have been cleaning fish since I was a small child before I should have even been trusted with a knife 🤣😂 and that impressed the hell out of me. I am sure I could do it, but I damn for sure never thought of that technique. I would have thought the meat or skin would of torn apart, but obviously it doesn’t. Now I just need to get my ass out and catch some flounder 🤣.

Do you ever get any of those wires stuck in the fish? I swore those off after getting my lip pierced from one after cleaning the grill.
May buy another if that doesn't happen with scaling

When I filet my flounder I always have a lot of blood from the fish? What am I doing wrong. I usually filet when I get to the ramp after fishing.

I don’t know brother, I haven’t even known flounder to be bloody?

@@bayoubanditcharters When I lived in New Orleans I never fished for them I now live in Washington and we have starry flounder. When I cut down the middle it gets very bloody. Maybe because it’s a different type of flounder.
