These ideas are centered on shifting our mindset to one that sees opportunities where others might see roadblocks-helping us turn what feels like a dead-end into a pathway toward our dreams.
Through insights that blend practical steps with personal examples from my own journey, I’ll illustrate how embracing meaningful pursuits can lead us toward fulfillment, how surrounding ourselves with the right mentors can propel us forward and how building adaptability allows us to move through unexpected turns with resilience.
Dr. Uma is a seasoned recruitment professional & has garnered a credible reputation in the space of Leadership hiring ,Executive Search & Gender Diversity recruiting for over 18 years.
EXXcalator is also one such HeadPro’s flagship platform with a vision to propel women leaders to C-Suite and leadership positions.
In 2023, she received “Business Excellence” award presented by eMERG India.
In 2024 she received “Woman entrepreneur of the year” awardee ,organised By Women Power India awards
