I mean, is there anything special here? Honestly it's an extra slice of cheese without saying anything about it, salt and peppered meat, butter lettuce, onions that are improperly cut, and mustard with one seasoning for a condiment. There is quite literally nothing noteworthy here. I'd wager he looked this recipe up online and made it considering the technique on the onions was trash and the sound was edited.
