Trees then grass seed, for the reason you mentioned. I still do not have a means to cut grass. Relying on the farmers to cut for cows right now, but they wait until it's 2' tall before they harvest it.

Hi Kenny, looking good. I realise you have probably ordered the expanded metal already but thought I'd mention there is a manufacturer of all kinds of specifically expanded metal in samut prakan than delivers everywhere if you need. I have been to the factory, its a 24hr operation.
The "Ding Dong" hanging shades look fine. Except for that missing small section. On those planter boxes- plan on painting them? Maybe every other one the grey color of the house? A grey and white checker board look? Your Cheap Charlie gate look will actually be the most eye appealing, in my opinion. And congrats on the bird spikes! I can barely see them!👏👏👏👏
I might overlap them to cover the gaps and five them a more uniform density. I have a couple extra and at B20 I could always get a couple more. Sompit wants to paint the boxes, so we will, but when we get time. The bird spikes are 100% affective. I see almost no birds anywhere on the house now. Better than I had expected! Thanks Greg
