I mean, a lot of people depend on their parents for money when they haven’t found a steady job yet. Her biggest problem is that she has no plan. She should be continuously searching for jobs related to her field, taking up part time jobs just to make money, trying her best to not depend on her parents as much, and having a solid backup plan. It's essential to keep practicing, keep busking, keep promoting yourself, keep auditioning. Her mom paying for everything is a huge hinderance of that because the girl hasn't actually experienced any real adversity towards her dream. Subconsciously she knows that there is no risk or anything to worry about because 'at least I still have mom paying for me'. She has a really selfish mindset and after they questioned her, it's clear that she didn't necessarily have a game plan in place (the fact that she's only just now considering avenues like busking and UA-cam videos says a lot). Her singing can improve, her nervousness made me nervous. Just like Eric said I really couldn't find Her color in singing. Imitation is fine, but if you want to be you as an artist you have to make time and find your voice. It will be extremely hard. For her age it is more hard. Hundreds and thousands, maybe even more, of people have the dream to be an artist, even if they have the potential it is extremely hard to succeed. Her talent has to be over the roof, for her to be respected and accepted in the music industry, or the Korean music industry. The Korean music industry has a lot of issues itself. Up to you, be you gurl, find you.
I'm already ashamed that I can't pay for all of my own expenses now while I'm starting out college. If I had to stay like this until I'm 28 I think I'd be too embarrassed to look at my family in the eye.
She's got talent!! Even if imitating other singers can be helpful, you still need to find your own style tho. There's no shortcut to this, she really has to focus on the small goals that lead her to her big goal. I am honestly making the same expressions as Eric's and probably cringing even more. Singing well doesn't mean you will be a successful singer but also you have to work for it and a career is a journey. Eric didn't get to where he was with talent alone, he hustled, he did UA-cam to get recognition and took on so many odds and ends jobs like an idol would to put his name out there all at once when he was pursuing his career. I think he gave great advice, to stand out you have to go on a self reflection: what is my style unique to me? Why am I pursuing this? There is so much more besides concerts, songwriting, that goes into building this career - lots of highs and lows, things worth having are earned and worth doing, there isn't any time for rest in a idol schedule whether youe famous or not, there is always so much to do to perfect your craft.
i think she has a tons of potential she can create a youtube channel and since she can impersonate other artist well it will be her trademark(?) and she learn piano since she was 5 i'm assuming she had master it by now thus she can become a music teacher and i dont know abt korea but in my country music teacher can be pretty wealthy ....
Eric was right, she has no color in her singing style, for me her singing is too flat, like anybody can do that, if you're have the real talent for music, you don't have to spend too much money for learning an instrument, my friend can play piano, guitar, violin, bass, etc by autodidact or like jeongwoo of treasure 13 his vocal teacher suggested him for YG audition just after 2 days of vocal class, that's what talent is, I think she just love music but sadly won't feel the pain for something that she loves.
honestly just make covers on youtube, if you upload 1 cover a day you'll still earn some money, along with your teaching job that you don't need to rely on your mother. and then with youtube you'll be more known as time goes by
she should make a youtube first with singing/writing and etc. and make that her ground and mostly the company can see you as a talent if you are famous enough. but this level of her singing is kinda normal karaoke in my country.

Wow, @ 0:42 The caption is a BTS meme, it actually says "Welcome, it's your first time with Hello Counselor, right?" This is a reference to the start of BTS' song "Dope" where RM says this line with BTS' name instead of Hello Counselor. It became a meme amongst the members for a long time.
Eric's face when she was singing has me rolling 🤣🤣🤣
The second song was better tho
The fact that m watching this 2 years ago and now she's 30 i'm really worried abt her
Her singing can improve, her nervousness made me nervous.
2:55 that person looks like Felix for me !!😂
Manthi •-• omg same
True😂
He looks like the mix of GOT7 Jinyoung and Felix
She is lazy. She could do the UA-cam thing and get feedback and perhaps make some extra money.
I'm rooting for her!
The audience is so funny 😂 and Eric's reactions
I see Eric NAM i click🤤🤤😍✨🤩♥️♥️♥️Eric Nam♥️♥️♥️
Didn't realize it was him looks so young.
@@Kt-cn2rq yes, He is a vampire!😮😍✨
I just came her for Eric 😍❤️❤️
Eric's reactions
Oh my god, she sings so damn well.
My ears are not bleeding, but I wouldn’t pay to watch that
The faces Eric was giving while she was singing I can’t 💀
Shes been a spoiled kid all her life how could she know what effort and hard work means
To be honest if she still isn’t a singer now it will be EXTREMELY hard to get into the industry because they like the trainee’s young.
Wow I thought that dude looked familiar, it's Eric! 😂 I haven't seen him in a while. It's nice to see him again.
Saw Eric nam and Clicked ❤❤❤
When they showed the girls face, I was like Eh, Hwasa? 😂😂😂
Second song was good! Idk how I feel about the first one
i never thought there were ppl who were comfortable being dependant on their parents like bruuhhh ....
i think she has a tons of potential she can create a youtube channel and since she can impersonate other artist well it will be her trademark(?) and she learn piano since she was 5 i'm assuming she had master it by now thus she can become a music teacher and i dont know abt korea but in my country music teacher can be pretty wealthy ....
where are you from?
@@ainatulhusnamustafakamal3154 Singapore
Eric was right, she has no color in her singing style, for me her singing is too flat, like anybody can do that, if you're have the real talent for music, you don't have to spend too much money for learning an instrument, my friend can play piano, guitar, violin, bass, etc by autodidact or like jeongwoo of treasure 13 his vocal teacher suggested him for YG audition just after 2 days of vocal class, that's what talent is, I think she just love music but sadly won't feel the pain for something that she loves.
i dont think she is even passionate enough, you cant pursue an art if your not reeeeaally passionate about it
she is very talented cant deny that! YAY Eric!!!
This girl...lol Not putting herself out there at all and shocked at why she’s not getting anywhere. And she’s GOOD!
I am the only one who remembered hwasa when she saw the girl?
She got great voice
7:32 aww I can't digest this much cuteness
Aww Eric ❤👏😘😍
The girl reminds me of mamamoo's Hwasa a little bit. I hope she'll grew up more mature after this. Fighting 🖤
proceed with your dream, be indiependent and i love how your face look like mamamoo hwasa💗
I'm here because of Eric Nam 💕
honestly just make covers on youtube, if you upload 1 cover a day you'll still earn some money, along with your teaching job that you don't need to rely on your mother. and then with youtube you'll be more known as time goes by
I'm surprised she doesn't post her singing on YT at all
Being a youtuber is not as easy as you think lol. Do you know how much competition there is out there?
She's not a bad singer but that doesn't mean she's good enough to be a career singer.
Came back just to see Eric's expressions again 😂🎇
2:09 okei but this couple was so cute!
She could be a great OST singer ❤️
she should make a youtube first with singing/writing and etc. and make that her ground and mostly the company can see you as a talent if you are famous enough. but this level of her singing is kinda normal karaoke in my country.
She can run as a vocal coach, maybe
Sometimes you have to remember skill doesn’t mean talent for this industry
Seriously , one should be realistic like her sister ... I don’t think there’s someone on earth who doesn’t want to become a singer or an actor ...
I had no idea what the title meant so I had to watch the video 😂
She looks like a tan and older Chungha. Hwaiting!
she looks like hwasa from mamamoo
ah eric looked so adorable☺️☺️
How did she fail?? I would love to hear voice in a drama. It sounds so magical. Maybe she should do OSTs
i didnt understand the title,
but clicked cos of eric
eric's expressions tho😂
4:08 me trying to red the subtitles and singing my heart out To G-Dragons heartbreaker
i think she wants the music companies to come knocking on her door or something like that.
