I hated the feeling too of building that relationship and then having to remind them of the check. I also feel like it dampens the overall experience.
As always, great content Hope!

Hi what do I do if a client paid retainer but wasn't sure about the date but decide later on date 6 months later. Should they pay a new retainer
Can I add PayPal as payment option ?
They rates seems little high
Amazing! Thank you so much
Great video thank you. I am thinking this will be a great solution for my business. Question, how does honeybook integrate for accounting and reporting. WIll it run reports that I can upload to my account or do I need a accounting software. Right now using WavApp. Thank you so much! Kat
Hi Kat! So glad you found it helpful! It does run reports for you that you cane easily export and send your team. This is what I do! You can also track expenses and more detailed accounting in HB if you'd like!
@Hope Taylor awesome! Thank you so much. Will do trial. I am overwelmed, and this looks like it will help !
Your amazing thank you !
I call my retainer a “non refundable initial fee” is that the same? Or does it need to be called a “retainer”
I am not a lawyer, just a photographer, so this is not legal advice, but no that is not the same. It does need to be "non-refundable retainer"
Basically we have to let them know specifically that it’s non refundable
