  • Standing twisting yoga pose sequence - In last weeks video we practiced simple twisting poses, in this weeks video we go further into our practice of twisting poses with a sequence of some of the stronger standing yoga twists.

    I love the details - it gives me really long stretches in the right areas of the fascia with long lasting flexibility and I feel so much more energy / vitality, thank you
