You're not one of the best - you are THE best, Gavin!
Everytime I'm watching one of your great videos I'm learning so many new things about photography and editing.
I really need to take some photos with my P7100 and to try creating a HDR on CS5 as soon as possible.
    Thanks so much!

Tiffs are one of the few formats that can contain 32bits of image data. Once processed I save them as good old 8bit JPG's for use on the web.

I really prefer using this method over Photomatix. It's a much easier and more intuitive way to achieve what the eye actually saw at the time.
    Great job, Gavin!

Superb tutorial Gavin, definitely one of your best. The subject matter (cockpit) was perfect for this, and the end-result, even without major tweaking, was excellent. Time to go find some shutter-fodder. :)

hello GAvin.. is it better to do an HDR using a larger number of exposed images.. say starting from 1/8000 down to 2 seconds of exposure? and merged them all to hdr and twick it?.. im not a fan of HDR to be honest but when i watched this video, it made sense.. multiple exposure is better?
