We don't usually do background checks. We only show what's here and provide numbers of the property owners. Buyers should do the necessary checks

The place is very isolated and far away from the main road, this project looks like a speculative scheme, is there any amenities ? who’s going to be responsible for the security of this place ?

Thanks Nice Gambia for the updates on what’s happening in Gambia especially for those of us in the diaspora. I was trying not to comment but I’ll ask a question to start the conversation. Nice Gambian landscape but the developers are executing these home builds poorly. I suggest the real estate companies especially Global Properties & TafAfrica to revisit UA-cam university to see what other developers in West Africa and the continent as a whole are constructing in their respective countries. I have one phrase …”cookie cutter!”
