20 Minute Glute/Booty Workout With Bands!

  • Welcome to today's 20 minute glute/booty workout with bands! All you will need is one mini-band and one moderate-heavy dumbbell/kettlebell for this peach burner!
    Here's what the workout entails:
    Circuit: 40s/10s x 3 Rounds
    - Squat with 2 Pulses
    - Clamshell - Left Side
    - Clamshell - Right Side
    Circuit 40/10s x 3 Rounds
    - Split Stance Deadlift - Right Side
    - Quadruped Kick Back - Right Side
    - Split Stance Deadlift - Left Side
    - Quadruped Kick Back - Left Side

    loved it; low impact which was exactly what my body needed today and still really gave me a good burn with ankle weights on the kicks 🔥

    This was great - thank you! Do you have any recommendations for really focusing on the glute during the isolation movements? I have a hard time with my left glute, especially during the kick back. I find my hamstring starts to take over and it's really hard to fix! No problems with it on my right side though.

      A lot of it has to do with rib cage/pelvis connection. If your lower back is arching on that left side and you're rib cage is flaring out, it sort of deactivates the core and glute and puts the pressure on low back and hamstrings! Check out our "10 Minute Core Workout" for more info!
