tame impala has that weird nostalgic Justin Timberlake vibe to him. His songs are great for sampling or remixing with lofi hip-hop or other lofi/vapourware sub genres. great analysis man! Keep it up!
@@ceeK2 ah man, thats a bummer, the "punchy baseline" is what kinda murders the real true airy vibe of the song. In the single version the bassline is a lot more light, and blends in much more smoothly into the background with everything else creating a delectable and delicious meal of sounds and vocals.
Could you edit this so the parts where the album version drops off isn't noticeable or have the single version temporally take it's place, and upload it as a mashup
@@piedynasty although good, it doesn't quite hit the mark I was aming for in the request. I was mainly looking for/wanting to hear the vocal polyphony that you displayed in this mashup as it enhances the listening experience a significant amount in my opinion
Now make a video comparing the old and new version of this video
Nice work, I really enjoy the both version. The first that came out, it’s give me more "sad feeling" than the other one
thank you for this follow up!!!! watched the old one but was still having trouble differentiating the two, this really helped me!!!
I'm just sad the old version is not on Spotify :'(
The single version was my 2019 jam
I love this and I see myself in it. Love the effort, much love
Okay but what crazy is you’ve unintentionally turned this into the Lin Manuel Miranda cut 🤣🤣🤣.
thx you this one has the volume/intensity equalized so no attention to loudness :D loose my focus otherwise
1:14 this whole time” I heard I was acting low this , microgression “😭

Thank you!!!!
2:52 my mind is not able to address the written lyric as true.
I keep hearing it as "is there who that I trust " anyone else or am I tripping?
This is cool, but why was it changed? It’s weird that they would go back and edit a song like this
There's a interview with him about it somewhere. Basically the way it turned out wasn't what he had intended, he wanted a more punchy bassline.
