I'm so happy i finally got a PB, this dungeon has been a pain for me. The ogre has been where i have most of my issues due to melee whiffs/bad ogre AI. I do wanna say HUGE HUGE shout-out to Hish for giving me the lumina grapple spots/idea and also helping me get more consistent with the grapple lumina. I know this run can be WAY better, sub 13 can happen 1000000%. SO THE GRIND IS ON. Hope you enjoy the video and be on the lookout for more runs!

if you are doing it in fireteams you can have 2 people dsm to get to the ogre almost immediately

I watched your other video too. I appreciate the strats. Was stugglimg last night on my solo run. Had to give up after 2 hours. You make this look so easy. Course being 1828 power definitely helps

I’m a veteran d1 player but I have a ton of play gaps in d2 and I’m missing most dlc.. I understand strand and stasis are new subclasses and with strand you can pick up those unraveling orbs. But that makes no sense to me although I know that was stupidly legit. Did the noble round become unraveling because of a perk or something allowing him to grab it?

The popoff was worth the watch alone. I forgot you could grapple the Lumina Noble Round, can't wait to try that out later. And here I am with the Navigator catalyst not even using it too. Never used the strand exotic trace and don't have it. Does the ball it makes in the air get refreshed every time you grapple to it? Or does it just last that long already?
It lasts like 20-25 seconds in my experience with the cooldown for creating it being 30 seconds
15 seconds and then every time you interact with it or a teammate it resets the timer

You can save a lot of time at the start if you use the finisher bug on the first boss. Cheese Forever covered it in a video.
Finishers among other things r banned in offical speedruns

@@MerynMTGpretty sure finisher in duality is chill cause it only does what you can already do but faster. You can already jump to the top and hit the bell for a skip, you don’t need the finisher so it’s not breaking anything
@@MerynMTG default finishers are allowed but killing bosses with finishers is not allowed

How is his grapple melee able to be used almost immediately after he grapples the tangle? Mine takes like a second or two for me to activate the melee...
From my testing the when you grapple to a grapple point(like navigator's one) you get grapple melee faster than just grappling
This confused the crap out of me too. My best guess is its momentum based. This is going to sound weird but holding left or right instead of forward while grappling and then punching made it work for me like 95/100 times.

Im not skilled enough to run something like this solo but i have noticed that the strand aspect the has the titan slide and launch their melee has similer dps potential without the risk of hovering on the edge of the map
But that would mean you have to swap out into the fray aspect, which would gimp the build. I could be wrong though
