You won't regret it, locks are fun! It can be tricky for beginners to start restoration x2 and maintain it (he makes it look easy in this clip) - *but* you'll get the hang of it quickly. Watch a good tutorial (or 2) on UA-cam and with some practice you'll be soloing content like a king in no time 😊
Try maintaining woven mail and banners of war up, and your run should look like this video. I used syntho to take down the two knight quickly, while having riskrunner as an extra damage resistance
yeah. imanaged to do the same thing but i used cataphract trials gl. completely forgot about koraxis. works much better than the trials one for this. my one phase was much closer. so koraxis it is next time i run this :D
Wow. I was able to do a 2phase with Apex and thought that was good. That GL with envious goes crazy. I could at best get 5 rockets in per floor but that was about it.
@@nolanlawmorie-dickey4210 Crafted Apex doesn't require you to reload and can be used multiple times in a single damage phase. After the initial 5 (max envious + Restoration ritual # of rockets) leaves you with 3-5 rockets you have to manually reload w/o bait and switch.
What’s the trick changing loadout with the exact same build? And also switching between the chest piece with def stats and the one with full strand reserves? Don’t understand the strategy :(
You rally and/or pick up ammo with reserve mods then swap back to your regular chest piece but retain the extra ammo. And yeah, he's changing between a regular mod loadout and a dps mod loadout
Swap to chest with full reserve mods, then back to resists after picking ammo (+3 Ammo because GL inventory is not very good, but more damage is more damage). And on damage swap from Scavengers + Special Finisher (to collect Armor Charge) to 3 Surge mods (+21% damage) - Surge mods take more energy, so to not lose stats they use a full loadout swap with same stat mods shifting to different pieces and also to have Time Dilation mods to double each Armor Charge's duration.
haven’t played in a few seasons, seeing a lot of people use sunshot now, did it get buffed recently? it’s always been a bit underappreciated in my opinion
Phoenix Dive gives you x2 Resto while Heat Rises is active. It's refreshing through the fragment that gives you more time on solar buffs when you get solar kills.

@@luigistyle_ I have crafted that gun and I am running rewind+4th time's the charm on it, both masterworked. 4th gives you 50% more bullets when you crit everytime, masterworked rewind returns more bullets to the clip. Afaik that's the highest dmg "buff" you can get on this gun (close to 50%, depending on rewind's return; BnS is 35% from the 2nd shot on).
I always point out how absurdly powerful surrounded is but everyone always scoffs about “it’s just too situational”. This is what that situation looks like though. A surrounded bequest can proc during crota and it’s absolutely beautiful.

You can shoot all your GL shots and just clear adds for heavy in between phases so you can repeat. But in the second boss you would probably burn through all your heavy on the first fire and then have nothing for the other 3

You can actually run back to any of the other platforms in final stand and literally kill the boss from the other side of the map if you want to. No timer at all so final stand is technically a breeze. Wish I had known that before I tried a solo 😅
i really love this dungeon. i think it strikes a perfect balance between being too difficult/long like ghosts of the deep and too easy like prophecy or pit of heresy

Amazing video man, Absolutely shredded that boss. I think you would have been a lot safer keeping Sunshot on during final stand, but at the same time you would have lost the dps from outbreak. Loadouts probably mods, chest piece, holding extra ammo at the start of each plate.

One is for ammo/generation the other is for damage. Ie: finders and scavs on one loadout and surges in the other

Envious assassin doesn’t work. Nothing I’m doing is extending it further to how much ammo you have. Keeps stopping at 13

Curious, any specific reason for using Outbreak instead of Malfeasance?
Malfeasance does increased damage to taken enemies. The boss is taken. Also the ramp up for outbreak to hit its max damage takes a while.

Maybe because the nanites do extra damage even when he isn't shooting the boss and killing the eyes with it spreads nanites.

Didnt realise that heat rises restoration is so strong
Even more so after the resto nerf. Its always been nutty. Just overshadowed by how braindead sunbreaker is.
It rocks at low level content, but I doubt this will work on master level.

I overflow once to around 14 rounds in the mag then I do a full overflow. Works 100% of the time

Backup mag + envious bug, though you should be able to load most of the shots without the bug anyway
