You don't wanna sign the ticket until after you consulted attorney and talked about the possibility of setting up a trust and claiming the ticket under the trust to protect her identity depending on what state you're from if you're going to let a trust claim the ticket then you can't sign it as only the trust can be the signatory. Also the idea of signing it with a sharpie is ridiculous since our booth sharpies will bleed through to the other side of the paper especially on lottery tickets at the paper is so thin. Perhaps before you start trying to do a how to video you really ought to think about what you're saying first
