In the 1980's, I can remember when Casio offered a very cheap watch that was sealed for life. The battery could not be replaced.

What a great video! Kind regards from Mexico by the way. I already have the F91W and also the F105W with a much better light but I decided to buy the A1000D-7EF on eBay just because I want the stainless steel version. I think I overpaid this watch cause it's not in Mexican market, it cost me $110 USD but it will be a watch I'm gonna use everyday and I like how it looks like despite of some reviews I saw by surfing on the web. I'm currently also a proud owner of my MRW 200H for almost 10 years and also the AE 1000W for 6 years.

I had encountered one with an actual steel case and I THINK mineral (Or maybe it was actually sapphire) crystal vs acrylic... But they were spendy. It would be cool to have the same vintage aesthetic, but solid materials etc. 🍸🍸

You can really see the differences side by side. I never noticed the case finishing before.
Yeah that case is really well done - super noticeable when it's side by side w/ even the A700.
I have all these three and they are simply fantastically retro.
