We don't like immigration agents - the ones' that aren't authorized by ICCRC and qualified to help you with your application in exchange for money - first of all, it's not legal to do that, and second of all, it's so easy that you don't really need paid help! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and moved to Canada 3 days before the pandemic hit in March 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent and unauthorized immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of NOTHING; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.
Therefore, we are taking matters in our own hands. After months of research and our own experience of applying for a Canadian PR, we came up with an e-book series & this UA-cam channel which would include - errors to avoid, perfect sample documents (my own) and alternate ways of immigrating to Canada - 100 pages of absolute goldmine between these 3 e-books - no filters, no premium versions to these ebooks... everything is out there FOR FREE, for you to read and execute the process yourself! I just wanted to add one thing. Shireen spoke about the LPP Program from Ryerson University. I contacted the university a few weeks back about the Visa requirements for attending the LPP course for someone who doesn't have a PR. The University clearly stated that for attending the LPP Program one needs a valid immigration status in Canada whether it's PR or a Study-work permit. Ryerson university itself doesn't sponsor you for one and the same is mentioned on their website. "Candidates in the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) licensing process who have completed either a Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized Canadian law school, or an equivalent degree as determined by the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) through the completion of exams and receipt of a Certificate of Qualification for internationally trained lawyers. Candidates must also be eligible to study and work in Ontario".- QUOTED FROM THE WEBSITE.

Hi potato talkies and Shireen, thank you for your informative video. Thanks to the video, i have come to know about the LPP programme for the very first time. My specific query is whether an education gap works as a drawback or impediment for them to consider my candidature as an applicant for their LPP programme. And secondly if they do accept my application how likely or dislikely is the visa rejection due the same age and education gap. I have done my law way back in 2010 and have been practicing ever since firstly at a reputed law firm in Delhi for 4 years, post which i have been practicing on my own.
Hi @himanshu, yes it does not matter. I had colleagues of all agea during LPP.
@@ShireenKapoor thank you for your reply Shireen, by age what I actually meant was whether getting into a LLP program would be sufficient to get your visa approved. As from what i have read, a lot of visas get rejected even after a College/uni accepts your application. So if you could shed some light on that as you - yourself chose the LLP route and successfully managed to get through.

Hi.. this is off-topic,
I did all my immigration procedure from New Delhi, except Biometrics which was from Dubai on 4th Oct 2020, since VFS are closed in India.
I am still in Dubai waiting for PPR.
-What determines the Visa Office at which the passport is to be submitted?
- Should i continue staying in UAE for a faster processing of PPR as offices in India are still shut?
It’s about transport Canada seafarers profile as the material available online is next to zero .
