Am going to complete this course by April-2021 and am 32 years old now. My question is, what is suitable LLM(CL) for international students, whether it's full time or part time.Am planning to do LL.M from allard university in common law.

Dont go for Llm just complete your law in india .Clear bar exam of canada and NCA too .You can directly start workng in canada and u dont need to do intrnshp too as you have 7 year exprc .Dont waste ur money in llm it is of no use .

I've heard the competition has become a lot tougher since a lot of people are immigrating to Canada and it has become quite normal where the articling positions are often unpaid. Is that true?
Nowadays, there are not even sufficient articling positions. So most foreign trained lawyers have to adjust without any articling position.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I have a question. I did law in India. I registered my self in the Bar council of India, got temporary license, but I did not give exam within two year. Now my license is expired. I came to Canada 3 years ago. Can I apply for NCA program without License.

No it's not compulsory to have experience but if you have then it's well and good ....but you have to complete this NCA course and pass in all the exams

im.a lawyer from delhi .NCA has nothng to do with ur PR .NCA is ur law certificn which is reqyrd to practice law in canada .NCA and Bar exam of canada both are to b given before you can practice law thr

Hi, i am currently pursuing ballb from punjabi University patiala, i was preparing for upsc simultaneously from last 2years.now im in confusion should i move to canada and get my llm and clear bar exam from canada and earn good Money ethically.if go for upsc its selection rate is 0.01% except other services then (Ias) so it will take 2 years to knows the odds are in my favour or not. I am a person influenced with materialistic needs( hann haann veere paise de bukkhe aa😂🤣😂🤣 per apne hon dady de ni😁) which i feel can never be fullfilled without getting engaged in unethical pracetices in services. And please tell me that is it worth it moving to canada according to your viewpoint???.so please give your views.. I know salary part is little sensitive to touch but just give an idea
