Never tell about your failures in your interview. They’ll counter question you. Instead tell them the answer like the candidate has replied.

"If you don't know answer confuse the interviewer "
Good strategy. But be ready for the follow up questions.

@@TinaBirat who cares?
now that's an answer, he's so optimistic 🔥
💕
Bakchodi
no it is not an answer.
it is a diplomatic answer he has practiced 100 times in front of the mirror. He has memorized his lines, he isn't saying things from the heart.
@@godson200 yes.....
Nobody would want himself to reveal his negativities
It's called ratta
I m thinking, i will also have to lie like this in interview😂
There’s a difference between lying and knowing what to say where.
@@TheSuccessSpotlight123 being too idealistic, and saying what u have to say and not what u actually feel is lying only. Almost every interview is like this only 🤡🤣
Okay! You won’t understand it unless you reach that stage yourself.
@@TheSuccessSpotlight123no there is not . What you said is the definition of manipulation
I lied and I was rejected.
I donno why people are taking it in a negative way. This man has shared a wonderful perspective about life. Pata nahi logo ko kya ho gaya hai. Achchhi cheeze hazam hi nahi hoti ajkal.
Correct ✅
Nae us k btany k andaaz se he is bluntly lying. Also, people of truth do not explain themselves.
dikkat ye hai this guy isn't sharing his opinions with feelings. He is a terrible actor, that's all. Might be highly knowledgeable or intellectual, but cannot deliver his lines with proper acting.
He has literally memorized these lines to the answers.

This is called Positive attitude
Yesssir
Exactly!!
This is called confusing interviewer with impressive lines
Then what is positive attitude according to you?..@@sabyasacheesahoo1739
Its not a positive attitude, its called a fake attitude
" Draw experiences from my successes as well as my (failures)" here's where he created the loophole for the interviewer to catch. He himself stated at the end about his failure
😮😮
Exactly what I thought!
I don't get it
Please explain
Very true.. I also noticed the same
Why honest answers are not appreciated in upsc. Everyone lie.
What would be the honest answer?
My worst failure was my yesterday because i am more improved today.
@dumbfires485 good 😊
@@dumbfires267ye sb quote ratt k jaoge tb toh bilkul bhi nahi appreciate Kiya jayega 😊
@@dumbfires267that's the whole point you are improved today because you have learned from your past....nd interviewers are not interested in your past stories they just want to check your mindset and attitude towards your professional life😊
He contradicted himself in last line !!
Yes...accha answer Dene ke chakkar me khud bhul gaya..
😮😮
he said that what other people or interviewee experience incidents as success and failures he just draws...
Yaa I also noticed!
How
Now that's my proud bestfriend there, Aaditya! A pure gentleman 😊
You know him?
LE INTERVIER :-
TELL YOUR BIGGEST EXPERIENCE😅😂
😂 good one
People saying he's telling his perspective on failure, well that right there is a way to answer the question without getting into details. If he'll talk about his failures then he'll be put in a position to share about his failures and his learnings from those failures, how will he address them now or in the future when in service.
So, he actually answered it the way he should. And yes, obviously he has memorised it, many do that, the more optimistic attitude is there, high chances of people wanting to be near you and getting selected.
Also, he's an IAS Officer now, Aditya Sharma with AIR 70 in Panjab. So, yeah better not judge someone when you're not at that position or simply don't speak ill about someone when you have nothing good to speak about.
So be kind and spread kindness and happiness.❤
Well said young man😊
Good luck! 🌟
My biggest failure:
I didn't enjoyed my School life as I should've done😢,I just kept on studying thinking that this is the only way I can enjoy my life and achieve success but it was not... That's why i hope that I could just restart my school life and don't make those mistakes that I did that time,Sitting at the corner of the class...Alone...😔
I too did
It would have been good if he had shared a specific example, the learnings from the failure and how he plans to or have already overcame it.
Right 👍
Its entire answer was exactly the same as that of the other candidate i saw yesterday😮❤
"ma'am, meri life main failures nahi, failures main thodi se life chupi hai"🥲
The interviewer should then ask him: then tell me about your worst experience 😅
I agree with his point of view before failing I used to think like the way people in comment section are saying but when I failed it felt like an experience
🙌🔥❤️
"Never let your success get to your head, and your failure get to your heart." - well explained by this gentleman..
She be like beta ab to tujhe fail karoongi 😂😂
He contradicted himself. His last line is completely opposite of his of his first line. 😅
Happy NY.
Well prepared candidates
💫🙌
To confuse others first confuse yourself
What if interviewer don't select him considering that it is his part of life
Selection is not based on just one answer
he is so confident than my entire life tho!!
Wow what an answer in present situation😮😮. Just impressive😊😊.

Interviewer be like:- Now from here you will have biggest failure of your life... Good luck😂😂
😂😂
And then interviewer will say "alright! But still what u consider as ur biggest failure"😅
😂😂
That sudden thing bruh😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This is a way to present yourself in the right way or this is a good answer.... amazing....❤️❤️
Glad that his words are really relatable ❤

Wonderful,i am thinking of doing upsc so it's helpful😊
when you have worked hard and very hard to reach that level, your perspective changes about many things. all i can see is genuinity in his answer.
Interviewer be like:- Ok i rejected you right now count it later for ur experience 😂😂😂😂
Ratt ke aaya tha, 😂
Accepting your failures is your first step towards moving on
Just a feedback - He contradicted himself in the end by saying my successes and failures.. upsc I don’t think is this simple, however this channel is lovely and very very insightful . Thank you so much .

Excellent answer💐💐
They didn’t ask for failure or success philosophy
They asked for your biggest failure
This show level of maturity 😮😊😊
there is nothing like failure either you succeed or you learn
Very True ✅
But people appreciate your success not your experiences😢
Wow what a answer bro
Very nice
I would rather answer that "I don't share my failures, achievements and weakness to anyone"
In an interview?

Apart from aspirants, it helps common people like me to refine and enhance my own thought process😅
Accepting failure and learning from the mistakes is important rather than not seeing failure as a failure. Rising up after each failure. At last he can conclude by saying failure is a part of the journey and part of success.

Impressive .kya jawab diya he
Everything is an experience either it is a success or a failure. So, I thought he didn't have to mention it specifically. However, by answering in this way he could convey his quality of being optimistic. But, I agree he didn't give a proper answer & his answer finally reached the question itself.😂😂
Interviewer: You were asked about your biggest failure, not about your perspective on failure. 😂
😂😂

Bro said I don't believe in success and failure and ends up saying... I learn from my failure and success 😵💫
Success doesn’t mean you’ve won everything & Failure doesn’t mean the end of the world. That’s what he meant.
