I got that first doll you opened, and I just ADORE her! I've been wanting a mermaid doll for a while and waiting for one I really liked to come out. When I saw her on preorder I just had to get her! Her tail is just gorgeous, it has those extra color details and ombre and glitter, just wonderful. And her face mold is amazing. Dolls based on live-action properties can be kind of a crapshoot, but they did a great job with this one, she looks like the actress without going into the uncanny valley.
I'm loving how much you're loving these dolls. I'm sure they had their reasons, but I gotta say...I definitely prefer the original seashell top. When it comes to the look of the dolls or the film, that's my only complaint at this point. I hope the movie is an absolutely magical experience for your group. The Little Mermaid is by FAR the best animated film EVER! Enjoyed the vid, can't wait for the next one. 😊 - Brandon (from VA)
