Without a doubt, it's not even close. Of all the shooters who've ever recorded & posted Starbase video stuff online... BocaChicaGal is far & away at the very top of the apex. Unlike none of the others (who keep coming & going) she keeps finding sophisticated compositions in all that construction chaos and creates beautiful imagery. Truly an artist. And a Boca original! Big thanks from a big fan.
Sean does amazing work too.
What's not even close?
00:01 Holy Jesus!! That is smooth..
We sure do came a long way since Mark1
Yeah that’s potentially a Ship V2 pathfinder or maybe even a flight hardware 👀
3:30 is stunning! I love these sun shots from Mary 😘
Thank all of you who contribute so much in documenting this amazing project!
At this rate, I definitely think there will be a Full Stack by April 20! Thanks to the NSF team for such great footage! And a special shoutout to BocaChicaGal! 🥓
Lots of progress, thanks for the recap!
8:17 I always like watching SPMT guys
Notice that the wheels are lined up exactly to the right lane’s boundary. That was clearly intentional, and excellent attention to detail.
Great Star Base Update NSF, Thank you!!
15:53 well they look like the're having fun 😂
So that's how a rocket is built... 🤯😬
Love watching this stuff - Thank you NSF Team!
Went down to visit during this period. Crazy just how busy things are there.
Thanks!
Awesome real-time shots of Ship 29 movement from Jack and Shaun!
What a production this one! Loving the quality.
I really liked the little drive in the middle
It is amazing watching as history happens in front of us. My hat goes off to the team at Space X for all their hard work it really does look like they enjoy and take pride in the work they are performing.
you forget we did all this in the late 50s and 60s right? also, yay clap away 2 billion in taxpayer dollars for three exploded rockets. Even the Government who contracted spacex for this has serious doubts about this project.
@17:03 Thanks Sean. I enjoy your dune and beach shots.
Awesome job guys...😎😎😎
Thanks for the update/news!
Request: Would it be possible to put a date stamp on the vid somewhere? That'd be cool to know the timeline being displayed… Thanks!
Amazing footage Mary :)
Great footage as always!
Great shots of the many facets of construction going on. I like this format, even if it is a bit longer.
congrats 1M subs
Amazing vid as always
Love the drive through Starbase on Highway 4 7:13 I slowed the video down to 1/4 speed to try and get a better perspective. Also, that's a pretty lame Private Property sign 17:03 . Thank you NASASpaceflight.
Funny thing is if you do the math as I did the distance covered is about 2.5 miles in 20 seconds which is 7.5 miles per minute or 450 mph. Somebody needs to talk to Jack about his speeding!! 🙄
1 mln subscribers - is a huge underestimation of what you do, guys, but still an achievement. Congratulations!
Great video again guys!
👀🐔👀🐔 That is some dedication to catch the flaps moving on camera in the night. 💯🥓🥓🥓
so awesome love watching them
Thanks NSF team its getting harder and harder to find good views, but you nailed it.
They were pretty stoked the new single ring squashing technique worked. They looked surprised LOL.
A drive through StarBase on a rocket sled!!!!😃
loved the drive threw starbase!
Merci!
wow nosecones just keep getting smoother
👍 nice work
Wow the next generation of starship looks smooth 😎😎
nice

❤😘
This is so exciting that all of this is taking place in America. I'm new so I have to watch more and more to get the lay of the land.
I have watched the last 2 launches, but what happened to the CA launch? I couldn't stay up for that .Virginia Beach VA girl here.
The Nosecone in the first clip. Notice the flat top ? Docking ring, HLS programme ?
It’s crazy that this is the expected size of a docking ring in comparison to the rest of the vehicle.
Hello, Sean. I don't remember the time stamp. Hurry, but the one viewed that you took from the distance showing the launch because of the launch facilities. That was a really a great sbut in my mind. I was thinking something is out in the middle of nowhere and there's nothing around. And no ships, no nothing, and it just looks to the animal.I just kind of have that feel
Smashing...top smashing
15:43 lol

4:09, why doesn't spacex try using the tiles they use on Starship to protect the legs on OLM?
The tiles would disintegrate instantly
Wonder if landing/catch attempts will wait for second tower?
If they don’t build a full tank farm over there there will be less collateral damage from a catch miscue.
Somebody needs to look into Jack's excessve speed there at 7:13 to 7:32. He covered about 2.5 miles in 20 seconds which works out to 450 mph!! 🙄
He did go a little too fast 😂
If repairs to the OLM & Tower take a week or more to complete after every launch. Then SpaceX is going to need to build at least 4 or 5 Launch Pads (a OLM & Tower) a both launch sies (Boca & the Cape). In order to faciltate the numerous launches that they are proposing to make in the near future. Maybe even add more Launch sites
Nice to see a "ship heading to port..." 😬
Fly baby Fly....... Rock and NO roll next time ;)
Just use short piece of flex on qd rigid pipe the rest
The data collected will be transferred to the next starships just wondering on the percentage of successful return to the sea or will the land back on land?
To the sea
Breaker one nine oduck here. That's a big 10.4 gotcha 5x5.
I wonder what kind of magic paint did they use for the OLM? Because it seems like it did not burn much off of it! 🤔
It seemed to hold up pretty well this round from what ive seen. Maybe they didnt need any actual repairs this time.
@@Vatsyayana87 The only thing was repaired was the hoses and sqd frame. Sometimes it makes me think who came up with the invention of this launch mount! Definateley not Elon Musk!
@@jonmarquez128To be fair, this is the most powerful rocket ever made by a long margin, 3x more thrust than the Saturn V, they're still learning what 33 raptor engines are capable of
High temp Barbeque paint
Mars When !
Venüs my beloved when?
The new part looks like a skate ramp ngl
If I were doing the video edit, I'd have labelled it "skate park components" just to see if anyone was paying attention...
I wish i understood the star factory design better, it feels like such a mess. Hoping the cgi fellas gather the info and do their magic at some point.
❤😅
Hi

Some SBL cameras exhibit edge enhancement, noted by a light halo effect between dark colored things like cranes or tower components, and sky at 2:16, 7:50, and 13:24. Jack’s static fire footage at 1:34 has a smooth gradation from the ship’s nose tiles to the background sky. Similar footage at 7:50 has a light halo a few pixels wide, there. It could be camera-specific. Some SBL cameras don’t have or show it, like at 6:33, 6:41, 6:55, 7:41, maybe 18:10 and 18:29, and all the nighttime footage. None of Mary’s, Jack’s, or Sean’s footage has it. Watching a 720p feed from my phone casted to a TV.
15:30 Bigg-@zz Tesla supercharger!
Maybe you already do this, but consider uploading at 60 fps to allow for smoother Timelapse footage.
:)
At least 'Texas' gave Elon Musk a chance in small town Boca Chica,Texas.
Those guys have Real Jobs.
the public spectacle of IFT1-3 is now over, moving forwards its finalizing the rocket and lets make some money so stop horsing around @ SpaceX mode!
Apologizing for being comment #43.
2 billion of tax payer money blown up in 3 rockets.. waste of money
Good news, most of this money is from SpaceX's other profits (Starlink is designed specifically to fund this) so the NASA money gets spent on more HLS specific things. Of course regardless how you group it I guarantee you we'll have an absurdly capable and reliable rocket before we know it
