Just bought our 10 year old one. Tomorrow will be his first day using it in our pool. He is so excited. Competitive swimming is what truly makes him happy so with the pandemic he has been lost.
Thank you for posting. How high up did you have to connect the other end (is it connected to a fence or something)? Did you find yourself constantly trying to 'fix' yourself going too far left and right, or did it feel like you were constantly staying pointed true
I can tether in a 9ft long pool I think if you measure yourself stretched out from tip of toe to tip of finger and add 2ft extra, that would be long enough. My pool is 33" deep and 6ft wide.

I just got my swim tether. It is great!!!!! A veritable treadmill for the water. I have a ridiculously small poll and now I can swim in it!!!
Can you do butterflies on it?

If Bart and Milhouse don't get here soon it'll be TS for them
I don't feel right
What hotel is going to let him hookup his tether?
Can a not so strong swimmer use this? It looks like you have to swim really hard constantly to resist the pullback.
You should be fine. It's a gentle retention like a weak workout band. Like weak surgical tubing. Hope this helps
what would be the smallest pool-size?

Does the belt chafe around the waist? Do you have to wear a one-piece wetsuit for greater comfort with the belt?
MrVishyG my son said it is very comfortable
Is 2feet deep enough
Ours is 33" deep and my knee sometimes bumps it in breaststroke so I dont think 2ft would be deep enough.
Thank you.
