Thanks Kelly, I was having trouble remembering the knot for tying on. And here it is in the first video I picked.
Wonderful! 😀
Great tip, thanks, Kelly!
Loving all these quick tips that you are doing just now. I've set up a new folder in my UA-cam library just for these short little videos. I love your long videos too but sadly seldom have time to relax and enjoy watching them. Thanks for all the help you give us around the world.
I'm glad the short videos are helpful to you!
This makes so much sense! Thank you, Kelly! I’ve had problems with even tension. Can’t wait to try this!
Fabulous, hope you find it helps 😊
Such a simple thing, but it makes all the difference...and I thank you for thinking up these great ideas and sharing them with all of us!
You're welcome, I love to share 😀
I can't wait to give this a try!

Thank you Kelly, such a simple but effective tip!
What a fantastic, and yet so simple, method for tying on the warp. I look forward to trying this on my next weaving project! Thank you so much!
You're welcome! 😀
A small step but looks to be a big help. Thanks Kelly!

Thanks for another great tip Kelly.
Thanks Kelly.

Exactly how I tie on.
Question...is there a reason you couldn't use the top and bottom (slot and hole) threads as your split in half to tie on after separating them instead of putting them back together and splitting them horizontally as usual? Would that create a weird tension issue?
So, if I'm understanding you correctly, the problem with that would be that your threads would be crossed rather than in straight bunches. And that would be a problem 😉
Thanks. I kind of thought that might be it but without doing it, I wasn't completely wrapping my brain around it. 😂
