The Gallardo from 2003 to 2008 used an even-firing 5.0 litre V10 that made the car sound like a V10 F1 car, especially the Gallardo Superleggera from 2007. From 2008 to 2013 the engine was replaced with an odd-firing 5.2 litre V10 that sounded more like a growl instead of a howl. It kinda went from sounding like the Lexus LFA to sounding like a higher pitched version of the Dodge Viper. That was the engine that was used in the Huracan. It's still a good and unique sounding engine but the 5.0 litre engine sounded much better than the 5.2 litre engine.
Don't you worry, it will take time before Temerario takes completely over, it was the same story when Huracan debuted when Gallardo was still at the peak
The Lamborghini Huracan has some of the most iconic engine sounds ever made until..... Forza Motorsport 8 killed it entirely along with many other supercars and even some racing cars.
