  • Gov. Ron DeSantis held another bill signing Tuesday, this time to enact a new law to further punish porch pirates and retail theft rings.

    Unless the law has changed if the porch is covered it’s burglary to a residence a second degree felony.

    How much money does it cost Us Taxpayers every time he passes another law.
    Who gonna enforce all his passed laws, and When
    He better than some other Guvs, but he far from being great as some folks who "worship him" state.

    Increasing penalties on people who who stealing necessities like toothpaste is akin to charging people for being impoverished. If someone’s stealing toothpaste they likely need it.

    That should be a 2nd degree felony burglery and get you 15 to 30 years in prison.
