Good to see you making videos again and hay season back around Dennis. Hope your new baler goes well for you. it looks the part and it's a nice upgrade. Mike
Your another step closer to what I’d consider the perfect baling set up! Just a CVT transmission and for me, a bale pack would be perfection 😁. Looking forward to seeing how the baler gets on 👍👍
Hello from Bristol, I was thinkin you’d be balin now. They’ve been goin by the house for a week now. All round bales , several trucks and a few tractor trailers. Hope the baler works good for ya. See ya on the next one. Warren
Our weather here in WI was whacked all spring as well. We had a week plus of upper 80s in April, then we got cold & snowy again. We seemed to go back & forth between hot & cold. Now we have a 2 week stretch of upper 80s in mid-May and the beginning of June it will cool down to 70s. Some of the early planted crops got frost bitten. The alfalfa really is slow and short this year due to the weather.' Take Care & God Bless.
Yeah my alfalfa way under performed but it’s been super cold and dry for spring. The orchard grass in the alfalfa was already heading and turning yellow so that’s why I went ahead and cut it
Interested to see how this baler works out for you. I like the concept of the inline baler. I’m have to give up my square baling just to old deal with them. Still round baling.
Good to hear from you Dennis. Curious to hear your opinion on the MF baler. I know most people who buy them never want to go back to a traditional style baler.
I was wondering if you were able to get started on your hay. The weather in southern Indiana set me back by a couple of weeks getting a couple days break (rain chanced over 50% for Wednesday). After rain hard back at it. Hope your season a good one.
Have you tried some of the John Deere spray graphite for the squeaky seat it usually works when I cant get other things to work but you want to make sure you spray it where you want it because its not easy to get off if you have a miss fire.
Did y’all get much snow up that way this winter?..I’m down in Disputanta Va..off of Rte 460..10 miles East of Petersburg..really like your videos..be safe out there in those mountains
Aw man a Massey baler!! Neat! Hope you like it! Lots of people switching to them. Have you thought anything about swapping out your BR7060 for another one? I don’t even know what I would buy. Seems like every time a manufacturer comes out with a new series they’re less and less reliable. Best of luck to you this season!
@@DLHFarms I probably wouldn’t. I believe the baler you have is probably the best series any manufacturer has ever made. The earlier BR series like a BR740 seems to have problems but the newer BR like your 7060 seems like they’re built like tanks. Heard that from a few friends as well. Whatever you do, don’t buy a Deere 0M series lol. Heard they’re built a whole lot worse than the 7, 8 and 9
@DLHFarms Moisture and Windrow Size are imperative. Once you set the baler, it's all about implementing consistent speed. Den hope you and the family have a safe and productive June. Blessed Be The Farmer 🙌🌟🙌🌟🙌🌟🙌
Hello. I'm from Ukraine. I also want to use a preservative. If you can, tell me what preservative you use. At what humidity is the hay? How much does the preservative cost?
I use the harvestec brand of hay preservative. Here in the USA they sell it at New Holland, John Deere and Massey Ferguson dealerships. I use it for up to 25 percent moisture hay even though they say it can go higher. It cost about 13 dollars a gallon.
I think You Tube would be so much better if they could transfer your 45.6 subscribers to a worthy channel. I enjoyed your content for a long time, but almost forgot about it. If a man does does not look after his business very long, then he won't have a business very long!
Missed your videos glad you’re back
good to see you back! the new bailer video was nice. good to see how you messed with it to get it just right.
Thanks

Thanks Mike!
Nice looking baler Dennis. Good to see you post again too.
Thanks!
Great to see videos again! Really enjoy the hay video's! Boy that was a crazy camera angle when you started raking. Enjoyed it!
Thanks!
Good to see you back Dennis👍🏻
Good to see you back, hoping your baler goes well and you have a good hay season.
Just used the af 10 with my Massey 1837 baler this weekend pulled with a 5455 Massey for the first time. ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for the videos.
Masseys all around

Nice to see you working hay. Hope you get the weather you need for baling your hay, have a great week!!
Thanks!
That seat would make me pull my ears off. Man alive!
Got any suggestions for stopping it?
Glad to see you back, new it was hay time again and thought you should be bailing by now...
Can't wait to hear your thoughts and honest comparison between the NH and Massey.
Glad see u back videoing
Really enjoyed the new cameras/ angles
Awesome!
Great awesome video Dennis
Thanks!
Glad you're back
I have the same baler and accumulator setup. I love it.
Awesome!

Hello Dennis hoping to watch this baler working guess next time. Have a good day.
Yes be in the next video
@@DLHFarms I like buying things like that and figuring out what's wrong. To me saves money
@@jamesmorrison1884 I got this baler for almost half price of a new one.
@@DLHFarms That's awesome should have told me about it lol

That Kubota sure works great!
The only good one they ever made
@@DLHFarms easy now!
Glad to see you back! Have you ever considered getting a NH bale wagon!! Thing holds around 160 bales.
No land too steep and can’t reload the bales with my grapple once unloaded in the barn.
@@DLHFarms yes, I can see that terrain would be a big problem with one.
A new Massey Baler 1840, Awesome Baler 👍🏻
Almost new
@@DLHFarms
Seen 1 chewing up hay a few years ago by a local farmer. And some video on UA-cam, most of the guys really like them. 👍🏻
Good video.
I haven't seen a massey baler in a long time. That one looks like a mower more than a baler. Looking forward to see how it operates.
Haha it’s a new type that mows and bales in one pass. Jk
Hello Dennis. Hope the new baler works out for you.
Thanks John!
You will love the inline
So far I do!
Good to hear from you Dennis. Curious to hear your opinion on the MF baler. I know most people who buy them never want to go back to a traditional style baler.
Yeah I’m starting to lean that way too. I’ll know more by the end of the season but so far so good.
Sounds like you have been super busy.
Yes very!
Good to see you back, whats your ground speed/mph at 1700 rpm in this tractor?
Depends on what gear your in
Man it's been awhile I was missing your video's
Great to see you back on the field Dennis. I have NH Baler as well and I wanna upgrade let me know what is your opinion between both
I’m sure I’ll make a video on this topic

1st again
I had an inline baler for 2yrs, l didn't care for it.

Oh wow! You think UA-cam is my business? Not even remotely close. Take your attitude and gtfo.
Shouldn't a MF baler be hooked to your MF tractor? Seems like it anyway. 🤔
No too much red. We’re going with a Christmas theme red and green.
