  • Part 3 of releasing Jeremy’s toe. This is looking at how to move blocked energy in the body.
    Raynor Massage on the feet, a specialized technique within the Raynor Massage system, offers numerous benefits for physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Here are some of the key advantages:
    Pain Relief: Raynor foot massage can effectively alleviate foot pain caused by various conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and arch strain. By targeting specific reflex points and applying deep pressure, massage therapy helps release tension in the muscles, ligaments, and fascia of the feet, providing relief from discomfort and promoting relaxation.
    Improved Circulation: Massage stimulates blood flow to the feet, which can enhance circulation and promote healing. Raynor foot massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and acupressure, help increase blood flow to the feet, improving oxygen and nutrient delivery to the tissues. This can support tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and alleviate symptoms of poor circulation.
    Enhanced Mobility and Flexibility: Regular Raynor foot massage can help improve mobility and flexibility in the feet and ankles. By releasing tension and adhesions in the muscles and connective tissues, massage therapy restores mobility and function to the joints, allowing for smoother movement and preventing stiffness and restriction.
    Stress Reduction: Foot massage induces relaxation, reducing levels of stress hormones such as cortisol while increasing the production of feel-good neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine. This can help alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety, and tension, promoting a sense of calmness and overall well-being.
    Emotional Release: The feet are a common area where emotional tension and stress can manifest. Raynor foot massage can facilitate the release of stored emotions and trauma, promoting emotional healing and well-being. By applying gentle pressure and targeted techniques to the feet, massage therapy encourages the release of emotional blockages and promotes a sense of emotional balance and relaxation.
    Detoxification: Raynor foot massage stimulates the lymphatic system, which plays a crucial role in removing toxins and waste products from the body. By promoting lymphatic drainage, massage therapy helps flush out metabolic waste and reduce inflammation in the feet, supporting the body's natural detoxification processes.
    Improved Posture and Balance: The feet play a crucial role in maintaining proper posture and balance. Raynor foot massage can help correct imbalances in the feet and ankles, promoting better alignment throughout the body. By addressing issues such as flat feet or pronation, massage therapy supports optimal posture and balance, reducing strain on the muscles and joints and preventing injuries.
    Holistic Healing: Raynor foot massage offers a holistic approach to health and well-being, addressing physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of the body. By integrating therapeutic touch with intuitive bodywork, massage therapy fosters a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit. This holistic approach promotes overall harmony and vitality, supporting the body's natural ability to heal and restore balance.
    Overall, Raynor foot massage provides numerous benefits for individuals seeking relief from foot pain, improved circulation, and enhanced overall well-being. Whether as a standalone treatment or part of a comprehensive wellness regimen, massage therapy can be a valuable tool for promoting health and vitality.

    Two questions. Are people fit to walk/run after this or do they need to be escorted home and need time to recuperate? Second question, have you ever injured somebody doing this? Worse yet, made them bleed?

    • @brandonraynor
      @brandonraynor  4 роки тому +18

      Most people feel great afterwards, especially those people that are healthy to start with and don’t have too many toxins in their bodies. Toxic people we generally work lighter and for shorter periods of time so that we don’t overwhelm their kidneys. Some people do feel exhausted after a treatment but are usually fine enough to go home and they usually sleep for a long period of time.
      No I have not injured anyone doing this or made them bleed
