    Raynor massage is an advanced form of massage therapy designed to get to the deep seated roots of muscle tension and completely free the body of all residual muscular and joint tension.
    Raynor massage combines aspects of deep tissue massage, reflexology, therapeutic massage, remedial massage, shiatsu, Lomi Lomi massage, Thai massage, manipulations and adjustments, Swedish massage, yoga, deep breathing and a lot of our own original techniques and philosophies.
    Deep foot massage offers a range of benefits for overall health and well-being. Here are some potential benefits:
    Improved Circulation: Deep foot massage helps stimulate blood flow to the feet, which can promote better circulation throughout the body. Enhanced circulation can facilitate the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to tissues, as well as the removal of waste products and toxins, leading to improved overall health.
    Pain Relief: Deep foot massage can help alleviate pain and discomfort caused by conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, or general foot fatigue. By targeting specific pressure points and muscle groups in the feet, massage therapy can help reduce inflammation, release tension, and provide relief from pain.
    Relaxation and Stress Reduction: Deep foot massage promotes relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps counteract the body's stress response. By releasing tension in the muscles and promoting a sense of calmness, foot massage can help reduce stress levels and promote overall relaxation.
    Improved Range of Motion: Deep foot massage helps increase flexibility and mobility in the feet and ankles by stretching and loosening tight muscles and connective tissues. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals who experience stiffness or limited range of motion in the feet due to conditions such as arthritis or previous injuries.
    Enhanced Energy Flow: According to reflexology principles, specific points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By applying pressure to these points during a deep foot massage, practitioners believe they can help restore balance and harmony to the body's energy flow, promoting overall health and vitality.
    Detoxification: Deep foot massage stimulates the lymphatic system, which helps the body eliminate toxins and waste products. By promoting lymphatic drainage, foot massage can help support the body's natural detoxification processes and promote overall well-being.
    Improved Sleep Quality: Deep foot massage can help promote relaxation and reduce stress levels, which may contribute to improved sleep quality. By inducing a state of calmness and relaxation, foot massage can help individuals unwind and prepare for a restful night's sleep.
    Overall, deep foot massage offers numerous benefits for physical and emotional well-being. Whether used as a standalone treatment or as part of a broader massage therapy session, foot massage can help promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and support overall health and wellness.

    Do you have any places like this sonewhere in Ontario, Canada? I've been trying to increase my ankle dorsiflection for the longest time, but I have an annoying joint restriction that I can't seem to fix at all despite the amount of resistance band work I do. Looks like this massage incredibly effective. 👍

    Tbh I think Brandon got annoyed at this guy making so much noise! That's probably why he's going so hard on him 😅

    • @brandonraynor
      @brandonraynor  4 роки тому +4

      Alice Cranmer no not true. Part of my work is to encourage people to let out any noise. I think I may have even told him at one stage to open his mouth wider when he breathes out

    • @alicecranmer5118
      @alicecranmer5118 4 роки тому

      @@brandonraynor I understand that, although I do think that if he'd focused more on his breathing than exerting noise he would have sat better, without all the tensing up and wriggling around. However, I know everybody handles things differently! And did look like an intense session 😁

    • @brandonraynor
      @brandonraynor  4 роки тому +2

      Alice Cranmer yes everybody handles things differently. I tend to not wriggle as much but I scream fairly often, not in pain but releasing my anger and frustration

    • @evanb8495
      @evanb8495 4 роки тому

      Any noise would be helping communicate what he's feeling and where the tension is hiding, I'd think. As well as helping him ground himself and relax somewhat (breathing through it, almost meditatively) despite the discomfort from the therapy.

    • @brandonraynor
      @brandonraynor  4 роки тому

      Evan B yes just like a woman giving birth. It helps to make noise but the sounds are actually also a type of energy held in the body. When we analyse what it actually is that is making muscles tight it can be subtle things like sounds associated with emotions that cause tightness. Psychosomatic Medicine
