You know I get asked that question so many times, so I made a video - How to make snow for Dioramas - here's the link to that video ua-cam.com/video/jRI5lzMUkKA/v-deo.html . I use the same method for my terrain (not just for snow) and for strengthening the structure of my tiny houses. The mixture I use dries almost as hard as rock (not literally!! But almost!). Hope you like the video.
