Awesome system I use a similar system but instead of thick card pages I use plastic sleeves and slip the sticker sheet inside the sleeve.. I think the binder system works well and is organised and effective. Along side the binder I do use the GemsFlow app on my device so I can check things when I’m out and about I find it comes in handy when I’m speaking to someone about my stash or when I’m shopping for frames or washi tape or whatever it may be! Thank you so very much for sharing this wonderful idea with us! I've ordered myself two A5 sized binders from Temu (our cute stationery options are either limited or expensive down here in South Africa), and some papers and dividers. My plan is to have one binder for my stash and WIPS - which I will be limiting to a total of 25 - and then have one binder with my completed diamond paintings. At least 22 of the diamond paintings in my "current" batch need to be from my stash, and I am giving myself room to play with the last three - they can either be new ones or I can "shop" from my stash to fill up the 25.

Good system: I’ll adapt it because I prefer to use a digital record, maybe in an Excel type of file, and include my total stash in another section, to also keep it under control since I already realised I’m not going to be able to follow a strict “no buy” rule.

@@LisetteCraftsandTells I use GemsFlow, too, but it has my entire stash of “not dones” (50+) and I want a system to better organise my “24 DP project”, like I called it 😅. The app doesn’t work for this, cause I can’t divide the “received, not done” into groups, so I’ll use this as my personal shop for the 24 list. I started the file already and it’s proving to work for me.

Yes, I heard that this kind of stationery isn’t common in the USA. I think you may be able to find them on Temu or Aliexpress

I can buy them in stationery store and online here in Europe/France, but if you're in the USA I've heard they're difficult to find over there. In that case you can find them on TEMU or AliExpress.
