Nice job! Just wondering what model Pam that is? Every one I've worked on has had a removable bezel. My Chinese Parnis homage has a fixed bezel like this; okay it's a cheapo watch but I might have a go at engraving it for fun.
Depends on type of engraving, watch shape, and design complexity , usually for something very simple could start at 500 eur and for very time consuming watches which takes weeks to engrave thousands of eur I usually have a long conversation with customer to understand his/hers budget and wishes and I offer my solutions within budget

I decided to leave it on, after sculpting i was afraid that it would be deformed
