The thing here, is that even if you take control of a monster, your opponent will still be the owner of that card.
So yeah... The IP lingering eff still aplies there. The judge call was correct

@@fernandobernal4118 it does not say the owners opponent, the card summoned with ip has the attribute that it cant be destroyed by card effects therefor it actually does work and even dbg didnt notice
