Great tips! Appreciate the illustrated foods containing vitamins and minerals. I would add to drink lots of water, trim ends as needed and take breaks from manipulation for maximum length retention.
WOW - someone who understands ‘head sweaters’ like me! I will definitely pick up some Batiste! Thanks for the tip and thanks for the advice for bleached/colored hair!
Love the tips! I started back making natural hair videos on my channel because people keep asking me how I keep my bleached curls healthy. It's all about that moisture, baby! 😜
Hi Dr. Nina!!! Is your braider’s info listed? I couldn’t find it. My apologies if I overlooked it. My Bestie recently moved to Texas, and I think she would like your braider. ❤️❤️
It's a 10 is good too but I did switch up bcz my initial response was not the same on the latter washes... obviously shea moisture is a good option for naturals but you have to experiment a lil to find what works for your hair type the best
I have used some of the Olaplex but I think I've only used Olaplex 3. A lot of the products that you mentioned do you think it can be used on relaxed hair that has a rinse?
I’ve been using Aphoghee products for shampoo, reconstructed and leave in. I don’t like the heavy creams and gels. Other than aphoghee I just use jojoba oil and water. I just do wash-n-go’s and wear buns, turbans or 2 strand twists.
They didn't say that olapex was being discontinue due to ppl hair was getting damaged?? Aunt Jackie products dont work for me only Mielle or Mane choice products.
Sis I'm glad you made this video because I need to start back taking care of my natural hair. I need to leave the wigs alone for a minute 😂
You are so welcome! Sometimes we all gotta bring it back sis!
