So i decided to go to boogle's manic guide videos and screenshot the part where he wins and show my friends. They were all so confused bc we all started together and we haven't reached the manics yet

I've got a lot of the key gachas -- Cyberpunk, Octo, CanCan, Sushi, etc... -- With those I've already done Macho Legs, Mohawk and Eraser... But I'm still missing Paris!! ARGH!

The way I went about it was: 1. When you have enough stalling power. 2. When you can defeat the peons. 3. When you have your research high enough to support the meat shield spam.
4. If the prior 3 almost apply but don't, do you have a bajillion cat food and is it enough? Spent 300 to get crazed tank and normal. Make sure if you are relying on cat food revives that you are actually doing good damage if you aren't winning.
I began playing in december 2023 and now Im working on grinding key gachas tf and manic cats, currently missing axe, island and giraffe. I feel like Ive gotten decently far in only a few months and I wouldnt have been able to do it AT ALL without your guides (and seed tracking and lvl 40 courier go brrrttt). It feels predatory (like many other examples in games with lootboxes and packs, etc) like they are just trying to pump you for money. Using seed tracking makes playing battlecats without putting money into it more realistic and therefore more enjoyable imo. Is it cheating? Yes. Does it affect other players? No. Cheats in single player games are all about you and how you want to experience the game. Ive been enjoying battlecats a lot and I will keep on playing. I might even make another account in the future and play without seed tracking just to see the difference

I know when, after CotC 1, I decided to cheese MML with a wave blocker, than did a deathhawk attempt with better cyber stacking and suddenly won. That's when I realized I could start fighting more manics.

I like how the time you get Manic Legs entirely depends if you have Octo or not. If you have it it's the easiest one by far. If you don't have Octo, or a waveblocker, or a billion wave immune units good luck lmao. (I got this unit before ITF2 completion.) For me Manic Mohawk requires Cyberpunk and Thaumaturge at least, if you have those 2 units you can do it before ITF3 completion. One Manic stage difficulty I disagree with is MLion. Even with Haniwa and Courier I see people genuinely struggle on the stage even harder than Manic Island (I find that weird but ok.) and I think it's due to the stage requiring certain skills like stacking and luring in which the 2024 pace does not give time for those skills to build up. The other Manic stage difficulty I disagree with is Manic Dark. You said Courier does not make the stage a complete joke and while I agree, I was genuinely surprised to see how much Courier easier Coureir makes the stage when combined with other units like Sanzo and 4 Meatshields. It's not a complete joke since the startoff can be somewhat challenging but once you get going the stage is really easy with Manic Dark being easy to stall and Courier just demolishing any frontliner enemies that come since the previous threat of the stage before was the hard pushing red enemies of Shy Boys and J.K. Bun Bun alongside Manic Dark freezing everything, but Courier takes out those threats in record time meaning if you can keep ground for like a minute at most the stage will be free. It'd probably be the hardest intermediate stage and without Courier is the second hardest Manic stage.
When I first got up to chapter 3 moon into the future, I had all of my cats in my loadout true form. Concerning, right? Manic Mohawk, Manic Eraser, Manic Axe. I struggled SO MUCHHHH. But one day, I found out what treasures were. So I got some treasures, and I beat it first try. This was like 1 year ago. A couple days ago, I got Red Riding Mina. (With a lot of struggle) and I decided to watch some manic Mohawk tutorials, even though I already got it like 2 or 3 years ago. THE GUIDE INCLUDED RED RIDING MINA. I DONT UNDERSTAND
Well y'know getting to ch 3 itf without knowing what treasures were is probably a sign of Uber carry because you even beat empire of cats ch 3 without knowing about treasures, so the red riding mina is just a gachaless option (idk if it is but if it is a gacha cat then it's just one of the many cats there are that you can use to beat the manic cats)
Manic Mohawk is no joke. Stacking more than 3 Cyberpunks and making them effectively stack their slow is extremely difficult. Thaumaturge cat carried me there, as well as Ururun. Getting good damage units after ~5 meatshields or 4 meatshields (if thaumaturge or haniwa) + ururun and cyberpunk is hard.

My lineup very likely won’t help you but it’s just two huge damage people, a traitless tank, octo to block waves, Paris to deal stacked damage, and meat shields

I got manic dragon, manic island, manic flying, and manic jam extremely easy but cant for the life of me beat manic cow. You cant really say a level is a “joke” stage because everyones battle cats account is different and it is very subjective. Some might find a stage hard and some might not.
I really lucky with phonoa daliasan yukimura and unknown cat is really good at manic cat and eraser with sniper power up he could make the boss stuck at the base and let the ld unit hit the base

Manic macho legs is a complete joke stage and gives one of the best manics, as soon as you get one of the many units that destroy the stage, do it.

Balaluga is gonna be insane on Manic Lion since AOE freeze really comes in clutch in that stage to the point it's where Valkyrie usage peaks.
