About the imperfect perfect freeze: Henry actually has an imperfect perfect freeze, allowing some units who are near the inner edge of Henry’s attack to escape without the assistance of the Cat Cannon. It’s usually impractical to know this, but hey whenever it happens it’s cool.
I believe you are wrong here. Henry does have a perma freeze on your units. So how do some units still move? Simple. A level zero thunderbolt style is enough to turn it into a non perfect freeze.
I love when I have a stack of can can cats, their attacks get synchronized thanks to a boss shockwave, and the can can stack one shots a relatively high hp boss lol

To be fair, when spawning units, you don't have to tap their icon when the bar is done and it lights up. You can tap the icon a little bit early and it will spawn the unit exactly when the unit is available. The timing is surprisingly lenient.
In some other games like games where you can jump, spamming jump key will usually have worse timings than timing it, maybe person above you thought it applies to tbc too@@Delmont_The_Delusional
Another frame perfect that wasn’t mentioned was when you exit the game on the frame where your base reaches 0 health. If you do this on stages with continues allowed, you will be able to resume the battle even though your base was at 0 health.

I had no cyberpunk for some reason and no other good gacha units for this so sniper (pre true form) was the only gacha cat I used it's not the biggest achievement ever but I think it's still probably the most impressive clear I've managed in battle cats and it was surprisingly fun too
My theory is that the game prioritizes abilities over units, thus the unit with the double money ability (can-can ) gets the favor and gets it’s ability activated, I mean technically they hit it at the same frame, so in order for the game not to lag or crash or something else, it just does it like that But if this theory were true, you could technically have x number of units with only 1 ability and still proc, tho this is hard to put to test
"knowledgable" BC player here, your explanation was basically correct lmao it checks if it was killed by an ability or not, however if it didn't it just results as a null value (-1, which it was already set to) if it is however, it checks the ability and applies it which overwrites the null value (which is now the ID of the ability) TLDR: checks for ability on hit, if no ability the value is set to -1 which is a null value, if it is, then it overwrites the null value (not 100% accurate explanation but good enough lol) as for everything else, you actually said some stuff which i didnt even know about, very informative video
Wtf i just got this video in my recommended not even 30 seconds after I beat floor 30 using the exact strategy used in the intro (sending a perfectly timed mohawk but with a kasli in the back instead)
With perfect fram attacks it also works with enemies eg. If you knock back 2 capys and they're perfectly in sync, they won't move through your meatshields as fast but they will be doing x2 damage and kill something that may only usually get knocked back from a single attack if that makes sense
Finally, a battle cats video comparing it to GD! also, the comparison, is like Maze of Justice, a Blade of Justice remake where everything is deco, but the actual path to victory is INSANELY randomized.
By the way, the Z-Kill occurring as long as the enemy dies the same frame a Z-Killer hits it, means that having a Gardener Cat attacking a Zombie gives it a 1 in 9 chance of being Z-Killed. If you can manage to stack 9 Gardener Cats exactly 1 frame apart from each other that would always give you a Z-Kill. Not practical but just thought it was funny
You have no idea how much adrenaline I get from buffering frame perfect spawns with 4 meatshields on baron Seal with speed up. Or crazed cat + Manic eraser 1 second inbetween spawns on Horrorpotamus.
For Z Kill with Bahamut Cat, it works since when the enemy is hit at the same time, the state of the enemy will change the next frame. Since they attac at the same frame, the enemy will receive the traits of their attac before updating its state. (this is just a theory but I made a Battle Cats game and can confirm that it can happen)
My favorite frame perfect interaction is in the first Growing Purple, where if awakened bahamut hits the base, it will kill the gory black and doge dark, get knocked back by SBK, and then perfectly hit and get hit by SBK at the same time, killing SBK and getting knocked back. It works every time.
One time my Kai was about to kill the tomb and I knew she would come back, but at the same time, the rare zombie tank (I don't remember his name) attacked and the tomb died immediately.
Reminds me of using balrog to kill ulala at floor 40, balrog hits ulala like a single frame before ulala does his hit, and nothing else can be on the field because it will mess it up with the range and the time they start attacking

not sure if this is quite relevant here but I think since cats attack first in the order of operations if a cat has an ability like freeze or weaken and the enemy and cat hit each other the same from the enemy will not attack in the case of freeze or attack weakened in case of weaken

I think the way frame hits work is it says that an enemy died to 2 different units and if either of those units have an effect like a killer or money up then it applies that effect which makes me curious about if you kill something with a frame hit with like double bounty and another double bounty
Idk if this counts but I do remember having to sync capies in Morning Rush Hour so that all of them delete 1 meatshield instead of 3 Weird how if there are alot of Mohawks standing at the same range anway from the capies and if the Capies are perfectly synced(including position ofc) they will all target the same Mohawk Another level where you can try this is Out of Despair
i dont know if this is frame perfect i just use cat cannon in scorching sand and hit all enemy except the one with wave immune so it didnt get knockback and it get knockback by sniper the deadeye

This is actually very useful if you can master it. It allows you to meatshield just as perfectly as the CPU can and it really helps.

I put my meat shields on frame perfect deploys on every stage I play. It’s not difficult. Just tap it about 1/4 of a second before it’s ready.
