The GS3 and the Linea Mini come up consistently, but they're super pricey and I'm looking to keep the startup costs down so the Vivaldi II looks like an attractive option! How has it been working for in a commercial capacity given that it's technically a home use machine? What's the highest volume that you've been able to produce per hour? I appreciate your help!
