My favorite is the Isntree green tea toner. I am on my 7th bottle already. I just need a clean hydrating toner as prep for my essence, serum and moisturizer.
I’m trying out the Pyunkang Yul toner this week and really liking it for my sensitive oily/combo skin! I can tell an immediate difference on days when I wear it compared to when I don’t wear it (working my way up to daily use out of precaution) - much softer, less visible oil on t-zone, I think? No irritation so far. Thanks for the video!!

Hiii back! The Benton GT toner is calming and very hydrating. But I haven't noticed how it helped fade acne scars. You may want to look into treatment serums. I have a review on TIAM products. Hope this helps ✨

Hi! Welcome! Great to have you here! Ummmm I've never used Differin Gel, but I don't think it'll cause any problems using the toner and the gel together? This toner is very basic and doesn't have any actives.
The Isntree Green Tea Fresh Toner is one of the products I use almost every day, along with the Isntree Green Tea Fresh Emulsion. Those two will be bought again, for sure. I also use the Pyunkang Yul Calming Deep Moisture Toner, but I don't think I'll be buying it again, to be frank. Got to admit I bought it because the bottle is so elegant 😛 The I'm From Mugworth Essence is also one I use, and that I will repurchase, even though it is rather expensive. Have you tried that one?
I have harmonal acne most of my chin area it is okay to use mochi toner coz i have oily skin but during summers sometimes its dry to and idk which works good for me??🤷♀️
I wouldn't recommend the mochi toner for that, because it's really more of a toner to help rebuild the skin barrier (if your skin is already healthy). I would consult a doctor first and then decide which products to use (something with cica or tea tree or BHA, salicylic acid).

I definitely recommend the Benton one first. The isntree GT toner contains BHA so it might be a bit harsh on your irritated skin. Perhaps you can switch to isntree's once your skin is repaired?

I wouldn't say ceramide is entirely for dry skin. Oily skin can also benefit from ceramide, as it helps maintain the skin barrier. It's a very much needed ingredient, so I'd say yes. I'm an oily skin type and I use ceramide products all the time 😀
Hi! New subscriber here. You got me with your green tea toners however I’m so confused. I have a congested, very oily, and pimple-prone skin. What can you recommend between the two? I’m currently using TO Salicylic Acid once a week, AHA+BHA Peeling Solution once a week as well, TO Glycolic Toner thrice a week, and TO niacinamide + zinc serum everyday. I’m just looking for a toner that can boost my skincare. Hope you can help me with this :)
green tea offers the same benefits as niacinamide so it will help regulate your sebum production. if you're looking for another thing to add i'd suggest a retinol. our pores are held up by collagen in our skin. retinol will help build collagen in our skin and squeeze the pores in the opposite direction (thus minimizing the appearance of large pores). i really recommend the inkey list as a good and affordable beginner retinol! the only thing is that you have to practice caution when starting because it can cause irritation and flakiness if you start too soon and too fast. *start with using it once a week for a month to build up tolerance* , then add another 1x after the next month. to diffuse the dryness and flakiness issue when using retinol, dermatologists recommend using "the sandwich method" i.e. one layer of moisturizer, a tiny pea size of retinol all over the face and lastly, another layer of moisturizer. like a sandwich. another thing to be wary of is that *you HAVE to use sunscreen in the morning* because it will make you more sensitive to the sun. if you dont wear sunscreen, you might feel a burning sensation when stepping into the sun, skin might get irritated and turn red and scaly and make your issues worse. so practice wearing sunscreen everyday before starting with retinol! also, *you can't wax your face* so if you do that, i suggest trying threading instead. *you also can't use BHA, AHA and retinol on the same night* or it might lead to chemical burns. how to use them: -niacinamide+sunscreen in the morning -BHA, AHA and retinol alternating nights otherwise, retinol is definitely the next thing to incorporate imo!

Hi! I'm assuming you're talking about the mochi toner? I would say give it a try, since it's on the more affordable end. I also have an oily t-zone, and it hasn't bothered me. It's not too sticky, but it does cause a bit of shine after a while.
Personally, I don't use cotton pads (because pro-environment), but I would recommend looking into reusable micro-fiber pads. Currently, I just apply directly to skin with hands.
My skin type is combination. Oily on t-zon and a bit dry on the other areas, a little bit of sensitive. Also I have small cluster that look like fungal acne at my lower cheek.. Can you recommend me one toner😅. Thank you, sorry for my english..

It’s also more on the affordable side, so u can try it out. If your skin is okay with the toner, then try the cream. The cream doesn’t cause acne for me, but it has ingredients that can lead to acne or clogging.
Well, the oily drop by Klairs is more of a serum. If you're looking for a toner that good on oily skin, highly rec Benton deep green tea toner. It's great at clarifying your pores.

Since you're oily skin, I would try the tea tree toner, if you're also acne-prone. I'm Oily skin and enjoy the ceramide toner. In hot humid climate, I think you're going to like the Ceramide toner. In hotter days, you may want to try the rice toner for the cooling effect. But I would definitely try the Mocchi Ceramide Toner if this is your first Tonymoly product. Hope this helps!

Toners typically don't have brightening properties. They're usually more for hydration to prep your skin. But if you want to have more even skin tone, which usually leads to having brighter skin, you can look for some toners with chemical exfoliating effects. The Isntree toners are very solid choices.
It does, but so does many other toners. Toners that are typically meant for cleansing/toning typically have denatured alcohol. It’s not the worst. As long as you hydrate right after your toner, it should be a problem. It’s also why I included it in this affordable toners list, being one of the most affordable options.

The toner is great for dry and combo skin (super hydrating). I haven't tried the chokchok toner long enough to know, I'm sorry :/

It does not; only good for restoring hydration and restoring ceramide / repairing the barrier (it's really for maintenance).

It does, unfortunately… however, I’m not sure about their new vegan version. The fragrance in the one I used has limonene (artificial citrus scent)
