Mixed Spices - 1 Tsp
Onion - 2 Large Pc, Half Rings
Garlic - 4-5 Cloves, Lightly Pounded
Bird’s Eye Chili - 6-7 Pcs
Dried Chili - 5-6 Pcs, Roughly Chopped
Curry Leaves - 1-2 Stalks
Rice Vermicelli Noodles - 455 GM, Pre-Soaked
Salt - To Taste
Water - A Few Splash
Scrambled Egg - 3-4 Pcs, Lightly Scrambled
Fried Dried Anchovies - 3/4 Cup
Fried Peanuts -1/3 Cup
Fried Tofu - 2-3 Pcs, Small Cubes

Hi! It's an equal part mix of several spices which consist of Mustard Seeds, Urad Dhal, Fenugreek Seeds, Fennel Seeds, and Cumin Seeds. You can buy them on online or locally at any Asian supermarket or just buy separately and mix in a jar.
