The way Far cry 3’s fire spread and acted was so satisfying. I remember playing and whenever I got bored I Would just try to make the biggest fire possible in the jungle.
Far Cry 2 had solid fire propagation too, and I think the world was quite a bit more destructible. I always loved seeing the trees behind whatever I'm shooting at get chopped to pieces by the 50 cal on my truck

Yes I used to do basically this run and used the repair tool to relatively quietly start fires in the buildings. It wasn't tactical. But it was fun and chaotic

Every gun jamming if you looked at them the wrong way was also far from fun. I don't actually have a problem with any of these mechanics on their own, but the implementation was poor.

I'm loving the plot of Lemon's animated characters all realizing their just that, animations, all except for The Backlogs character himself, who can't seem to put two and two together, or he's just trying to act like he doesn't know.

0:53 i have been told by my doctor that these are pretty misleading and I'm inclined to agree. UV can hurt your eyes but the light emitted by your screen can't do much of anything, you can get eye strain if it is too bright or you focus on one spot too long but nothing that won't go away, also if you are still afraid of blue light for whatever reason you can just enter your display settings and turn the blue down.

If the game forces you to use a weapon for a section I don't think that invalidates a challenge. That's like saying you can't get the good ending in Resident Evil with just the knife because you have to use the rocket launcher on tyrant for the final blow.
when the game forces you to use specific weapons by either taking your guns away or forcing you into a sniper/turret section to complete the mission do not consider it an challenge fail, if you can't complete an mission that does not take control away from the player using the challenge run weapons you're limited to then you can consider the challenge a fail
My philosophy with challenge runs has always been: If it's a scripted sequence that forces you to break the challenge, then it doesn't count. So technically speaking, you did succeed in beating Far Cry 3 with your pyromancer build!
Love 5:50, in any game I can, I play with the Barb mentality, which basically means, run over everything you can, and no using breaks... how do you stop your ask? That's what trees are for

As someone who played the far cry games using almost only the flamethrower, I'll tell you that pissing off EVERYONE then camping a choke point is the best strat. Set the choke on fire and watch them set themselves ablaze

That is how I do every time I replay the game and fc4 is among my top favourite FCs.
FC 4's Buzzsaw is one of the most satisfying heavy machine guns ever put into gaming.
