I am cleaning mine for the first time, they look great and I am labeling them as they come out so I install them correctly. However I am having a problem with them, and I had this problem some before. Actually one of the reasons I almost never open them. once I shift all for up to top to engage top panel, then start to shift the others downward, one of them is always "slightly off at resting phase" - meaning the behind window should be slighlty lipped over the front one, but in this case one of the front one is always slightly higher, or the top panel slides down from locked position. its so frustrating. does it have something to do with they way they are loaded into the tracks??? - we live in Raleigh, but we do have a home in NMB too.
Getting ready to build a porch on my deck and thinking about installing Eze Breeze windows. I'm located in the upstate near Clemson. Two things... What do you use to wash the windows? Are they all custom ordered or do they sale standard sizes that would be more cost effective?

They are built on site custom. The cleaner can be bought usually through the builder or straight from Eze Breeze
