Only reason I played and actually enjoyed fifa 20 was because of the covid lock down. Spending all day and night on a career mode was fun. I really miss dose days can't believe its already been 4 years since covid

FIFA 20 felt so fluid and responsive in FIFA seasons! I never played FUT because I just got tired of it for being essentially PTW.
Then EA removed my FUT founder status status because I didn't buy FIFA 20, I only played it on EA play.
this is the first fifa i played, i didn't have xbox live at the time, so i could only play career mode. I remember picking Sligo Rovers (ireland league) and gradually making it a super team that could win the champions league easily.
Those were good times.
I really enjoyed FIFA 20. COVID, player prices made you grind the game, I remember packing 88 IF Firmino and he was like 400k on the market. I would grind SBC accounts and the soundtrack was decent too. Much simpler times when I was in Year 9

20 was pretty good to me and it also had some great songs like always

I hated the passing in this game, like my passes even the easy ones would just not work sometimes and with all fifa pretty much after this one the keepers are superheroes
And you'll enjoy FIFA23 in 2026. Because I'm sure you slammed and belly ached about FIFA20 in 2020 as well😅

17 to 20 same movement but different free kick and penalties, 21 to 23 (old gen) it's a same game.
No, the game changed in fifa 19 and it has remained the same. The game became more realistic hence slower,you could very easily dribble and run with players back in fifa 18 17 16... which was prime fifa, after that (fifa 19)you can barely move with a player forcing you to pass more,and the game became more scripted wich was annoying.
Not actually the same. It's a sport game, there are some things that won't change but the way it plays is not all the same. The way it plays changed completely after fifa 18. Maybe you don't observe things very much.

@@i_UCH1HA bro I have played from fifa 13-18 and I stopped playing for a couple of years, then came back and I've played all fifas from 21 until 24. I can tell you that probably fifa 22 is the one with the best gameplay, however fifa 21 has more licences

But I've heard about FIFA 20 is really good. My dream is that icons can be used in career mode so you can play as Ronaldinho, Pelé, etc. But they sadly removed it.

Covid 19
If I remember correctly, fifa 20 just *a lot* of glitches when it was the current fifa. I'm not sure about ultimate team as I generally never really play it, but I know that the main complains and low ratings came from the countless offline glitches at the time. They must've fixed them in an an update (or perhaps multiple updates) in the past 2-3 years
+ I think more people had more time to play it so even if the game wouldn't have been *that* bad, I still reckon there would've been a lot of complaints as the more you play a game, the more bugs/glitches you come across

There was so many bugs in corear mode
it also had the copa america as a tournament on career mode
After binge watching blue lock I'm thinking of coming back to fifa and my last game was 16, gameplay wise what would be a good option? I'm mostly going to play the career mode and create players and play the team career or howitzer was called 🗿
take fifa 21 if you want a good recent next gen fifa and a good career mode plus you can get it a dicounted price and it has good volta too or if you are into the new ultimate team and the latest roster i would prefer fifa 23
